Bed was nice and big shower was good

Very little staff, very slow. Rooms were ok, little tired in places. There was a rave next door that went on until 5am, resulting in no sleep and the hotel did nothing. Poor breakfast

The staff and the breakfast was very good. Even if the hotel was somehow an old one the facilities were acceptable

the hotel is nice & clean with comfortable rooms. It is on a good location, within easy reach of the train station, busses, shops and restaurants. There is a nice swimming pool on the ground floor. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay.

Overall very good, all aspects.

None replenishment of the Tea/Coffee condiments. Advised reception, very friendly response but next day, same thing. Also pre booked a taxi for my departure when i checked in which had not been arranged when i checked the night before my travel day.

Staff were very pleasant. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

It advertises free wifi, however, the free wifi option is rubbish/unusable. In truth you have to choose the paid wifi in order to get any service. In terms of cost, it is not the best value for money in Eindhoven.

The hotel good location to see the motorcross at Valkenswaard. Ribs factory was a good meal

Eindhoven is not very exciting, lively but rough bars in the centre.

The room and the mattress were really good. Very comfortable. The price was excellent related to the money value.

The heater works like the air conditioner in the room, a bit annoying. The staff didnt tell me that they charge a deposit through the credit card and i had to call them because of that the next day.

Brilliant hotel. We stayed over Easter and paid only the Weekend rate. Fantastic value. Huge comfortable room, wonderful breakfast. Friendly and very helpful reception desk.

We stayed for 1 night. Fantastic hotel. Loved Eindhoven. 15 minutes walk from Train station. Nice and large rooms. Modern furnishing. Tea & coffee making in room is something which we really liked. Helpful and friendly staff and receptionist was very nice and made sure we were happy with our stay. We definitely stay here again and we highly recomend it.

Friendly, professional, Generous breafast buffet.

The description of the rooms promised free wifi Internet. However the free service is limited to about half a megabit. Totally misleading. Annoyed me quite a bit, but sadly in my experience a common practice. The charge for the full service was €5 per day. Unacceptable. So I had better Internet (speed and on cost) using my Vodafone 3g even with the surcharge for using it abroad.

The location with regards to the City Centre and nightlife is perfect. It is a bit too far from the Central Train Station to walk, so we took a taxi, at a cost of a reasonable €8. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient. We were given an upgrade since there were no standard rooms ready at the time we arrived.

There was nothing I did not like actually.

There was few cleanness problems,such as hair in bath tub and previous guest belongings-the train ticket which was on the bed.

The all I can tell : everything in this hotel is great: stuff, location, breakfast, table with snaks in our hall...

Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast time is longer than what we are used to in other hotels. Inside swimming pool can be used until 10pm. Easy to use air-conditioning. Beautiful decoration.

Couldn't fault the hotel apart from the rooms were very dark not enough lights.
