La piscina, el relax de la zona, la gente del hotel te trata muy bien y el desayuno esta muy rico y variado

La puerta del baño no se podia cerrar, pero seria solo mi habitacion, y que no se puede fumar

La tranquilidad en las habitaciones. Estaban muy bien equipadas y el personal era amable. El buffet para desayunar muy completo y su ubicación muy buena al estar muy cerca de la estación.

No me ha gustado que me han retenido dinero de la cuenta sin motivo, ya que llege allí con todo pagado y aparte de cobrarme los impuestos me han retenido una cantidad bastante elevada.

El bufet de desayuno es muy completo y variado.

La habitación que reservamos no era la espectativa que teníamos. Además estaba algo sucia. Pero en la recepción nos cambiaron a una mejor sin ningún coste adicional.

Todo ha sido bueno. Se ha correspondido perfectamente con mis expectativas.

No tengo ninguna opinión negativa.

Centrally located, clean, modern, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet

The restaurants were very expensive - I am sure the food was excellent but priced way beyond our budget. Internet access was not included - for a four star hotel it should be standard

friendly staff, good breakfast with fresh juice, very clean rooms, entertainment programs in room, coffee machine with caffee ingredients for free in the rooms, nice pool and good location right next to the center of Eindhoven

the sauna did not work during our stay - what a pity. also internet access in rooms is too expensive (they charge 9,50 euros a day). nowadays internet is for free in 4 star hotels.

As with industry changes - free internet service in the rooms would be nice!

Nice room, good size, good location - very central, Great breakfast.Friendly staff in reception and breakfast restaurant, easy check in, baby crib provided free of charge. Tea, coffee and kettle provided in room free of charge. Great Indian Restaurant accross the road.

Room could have been a bit cleaner, a little dusty and no soap in the bath room (this was replaced the next day by house keeping.) No opening window in the room, There was a mini bar fridge but it was not stocked, there is an Albert Heijns supermarket close to the station so you can stock up on drinks and snacks. Limited room service menu.

The staff were extremely helpful (also with an off-question concerning a place where I could get classical music CDs in town), and I was impressed with the room decor. If back in Eindhoven, I will definitely stay at the PPM.

The elevator is rather dingy, and does match the overall favourable hotel image.

You should have a choice of hard and soft pillows

The hotel had a warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and room was adequate to our needs.

The Hotel is pitched at 4 stars, and in comparison to other 4 stars, it did not live up our expectations. The room decor was dated and the layout of the bathroom and toilet, was not spaceous, eventhough we paid more for a "Superior Room". The room service menu has limited and pricey. The breakfast buffet was not worth "Euro20 per person"

Room design is quite modern - rooms are also quite large.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for all my needs, walking distance to work, to restaurants, to the Centrum and the rail station. It is always sparkling clean and very upscale for the price. The breakfast is excellent! I would highly recommend the Mandarin to anyone.

There is nothing to dislike about for this hotel! My only comment is one that is the same for all the good hotels in Northern Europe, and that is that the duvet is too much bed-cover for the night and a simple topsheet would be more comfortable for me.
