The staff were friendly and efficient and answered all of my questions, In my opinion these are the people that make or break a hotel The only (small) downside to the hotel were the floorboards that squeaked every time I walked over them |

very friendly reception staff; good location - about 10 minutes from main train station. Room was very comfortable and excellent breakfast. Didn't get to use the gym or the pool but both looked good also. |

nice and clean room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast dodgy parking (charged!), add-ons very expensive (parking, internet..), gym in pool-area, airconditioning could be cooler |

The friendlissness of the staff and particularly their pro-active attitude towards guest's wishes. They just don't limit themselves to the minimum Nothing. Young staff but very promising. A sign of good participative management. |

Complained about the first room I was allocated as the beds were very soft and the view was of a large air conditioning unit! However, the staff were very polite and gave us a free upgrade to a room in the newly furbished part of the hotel, which was wonderful. |

We were very pleased that the hotel offered us the opportunity to see the city without being in the middle of the busiest parts. Since we were there over Queen's day this was particularly important. |

A very friendly hotel with good service and facilities, convenient to the centre of Eindhoven. I thought the overnight parking charge at €12.50 was on the expensive side. |

Staff very helpful and polite. Rooms clean and spacious. Very central. Breakfast was very nice Twin room only. Would have liked an option for double room - however this was extra! |

Close to the center, nice sauna and pool, tasty breakfast Bottles of mineral water and ice bucket were dusty, not cleaned for a while. We had a sign do not disturb outside the door on Saturday midday and still the cleaners banged on the door until we opened. |
