Hotel staff are rude, arogant and pushy. Very unpleasant experience.

Parking always full and not easy to access! Breakfast far too expensive for the value - due to the price of rooms, this should be included.

We enjoyed the design of the hotel. the rooms were also veru quiet and comfortable. Good chinese restaurant within the hotel.

the parking was very small, our friends did not have a place, It was also very expensive for an outdoor parking

Well designed, modern and guest orientated accomodation located close to the centre. I can recommend this hotel especially for families and groups of friends as well.

The hotel was clean and of a contemporary design. The staff were excellent, all very friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was spacious and light with extremely comfortable bed! We only took breakfast at the hotel but there was a wide choice of fresh produce. The location is within walking distance of bars, restaurants and shopping and ideal for a city break. I couldn't fault any part of my stay and would like to return.

My family has been visiting Eindhoven for a number of years and our first preference for a hotel is always the Park Plaza. After the recent refurbishment everything about the hotel is even better. The location of the hotel makes it very easy for the shops during the day and at night the bars and restaurants are within walking distance.

We couldnt open the window and the also we couldnt open the fridge (it was locked).

It was very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was about 5 min walk from the shops/resteraunts/pubs. Absolutely loved it. Would recommend this place and I would definitely go back. On arrival we got upgraded to the excutive suite.
