The Manhattan Hotel Rotterdam    

Hotel was quite and clean.Wi-Fi service was not good.a guest except to have this general service in reservation free of charge. Room was large, best decorated and comfortable. Access to all city routes was suitable.

Good location - nice rooom - we were given an upgrade to the exeuctive floor on arrival and were overall very happy. It was between this and the Cruise Hotel - Rotterdam - and we feel we made the correct decision

Very helpful staff, modern clean and tidy. Excellent location for shops, clubs and transport. Go for the Executive rooms, very good and access to Executive lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks. Free WIFI in communal areas. Make sure you get breakfast included, as at 28 euros could be a shock.

The building looks beautifull from the outside as does the lobby. The staff is very friendly and proffessional.

Room and bathroom are very standard. Executive room is exactly the same as the Superior room, only the view is better. Breakfast is pour.

when you see the pictures you may think all the building is the hotel but actually it is not; only first 12 floors are hotel. there is a cofee machine in the room but if you want to drink a tea it takes more than 1 hour to heat the water and even then the water doesn't boil. the room was designed poorly; for example the lights disturbs your eyes, the plugs are positioned poorly (no plug around the bed), the furnitures are bad quality. even though it says "free internet" in the confirmation email, the internet is actually not free.

Lovely rooms. Excellent staff. Executive room well worth the upgrade. Executive lounge includes beer and wine on an evening. Breakfast lovely.

Bar prices. €12.50 for a cocktail.

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating, modern hotel, clean.

If there would be one thing then it would have to be the price which is slightly at the upper end. However, this is a quality hotel right in the center of everything so I guess the price is justifiable.

When staying in Rotterdam, the Manhattan is our favourite! Right in the centre of Rotterdam, valet parking, executive suite which serves a very good Red wine, extremely friendly personnel, and try the restaurant, their chef is really outstanding, this is the place to stay.

Nice, comfy beds. Even thought we were on the 2nd floor, we still had a nice view. Large rooms. Good breakfast. Great location next to central station and within walking distance to great dining, Asian Glories, and bars.

Could have had more staff during check in and out. Pay per view movies cost more than actually buying them.

1. The co-operativness, friendlyness and effeciency of the staff at the front desk. I was impressed by many things; but would like to mention a couple: a. allowing us to check in earlier than would have normally been able to b. provideng me with immediate assistance when I asked for a location on the building from where I could get a good viw of the city to take a few pictures 2. The quality of service and food at the resaurant 3. The location of the hotel - near Central station

What I liked about the Manhattan was the fact that the reception staff noticed it was my birthday the day we checked in. Because it was my birthday she gave us an upgrade and so we also had access to the Executive Lounge.We really enjoyed this.

The fact that that the roomservice member of staff was wondering twice how I was going to pay for the dinner, that was a bit odd, I had no intention of running off without paying. We took this up with reception and they apologised. And I paid when checking out.

1. Internet connection was bad and the hotel didn't provide a perfect solution for that 2. The cleaning stuff came at 8 O'clock (!) in the morning.

The hotel was very nice.People were very helpful and friendly. The food was a bit to pricy in my opinion for what they offered. But presented nicely in room service. The room was clean ,modern..Bed was comfortable

The bathroon nice but the stand up shower , was really to small to be comfortable.You had no room to stoop hardly to pick up the soap.No bathtub. The hall ways were very dark.Lighting poor .But I think it was to seem stylish .Our view wasnt the best but okay.Alot of construction going on in the area this month outside. But I would consider going back.

Check in was fast and staff very accommodating, was upgraded without an issue... With the understanding the room would not be sufficient. Wonderful staff at this hotel who were helpful beyond belief. When I should happen to travel again to Rotterdam I will return to this hotel.

There was nothing to not like. It was a perfect stay .
