The Manhatten offers elegant rooms with modern facilities in the Millennium Tower across from Rotterdam Central Train Station. In centrum van Rotterdam, super dichtbij winkels, metro, trein en tram. Hotel ziet er indrukwekkend uit aan de buitenkant en qua styling aan de binnenkant Beetje koude sfeer, te weinig service gericht, voor alles moet betaald worden, zoals wifi, terwijl de kamerprijs zonder korting al erg hoog is. Ontbijt is wat je ook bij een 2 sterren hotel terugvindt.

Great location, nice breakfast. Staffs are kinda cold, the rooms and facilities are to me not 5 stars. I stayed in many other 4 stars hotels in Rotterdam and their rooms and facilities are even better and lux than Manhattan. In general it is too expensive for what you get.

The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly. It didn't take more than 5 mins from arrival at the front door until we were in our room. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, a wide choice of different cold and warm food. It was a shame we didn't have more time to enjoy it. The only negative thing I can say is that our room was probably a smoking room previously. As soon as the shower was on, the shower curtain smelled and the smell went on to the whole room. As a non-smoker this was very unpleasant.

I liked the service, the personal is well mannered, friendly and everything is very clean. For all the money that I payed I find that I deserved at least WiFi in my room without having to pay 22 Euro's for it. I've stayed in cheaper Hotels and would prefer to do so on my next trip for the simply reason that in year 2012 where WiFi is a must it's not included in your price. Parking is another crazyness in Rotterdam (Holland). One cannot go somewhere without the burden of Parking. Did I paid enough, do I have to go back to pay? Chilling of relaxing is out of the question if you've parked your car anywhere in your City. There's no smoking room. Your clients are smokers and non smokers. The smokers get's the feeling that your Company do not care enough to accomodate them by making a smokers room. I know this is not what you wanted to hear but you asked so these are my answers.

The breakfast was very good, with a hughe variety and an espresso machine. All juices fresh and remarkable service. Good location - recommended Unfortunately the fan in the bathroom was very noisy. The sleeping room clean and comfortable. It is not 5 star but good 4 star hotel. Unfortunately ard the German broadcast did not have voice for more than 3 days! We complained but did not succeed. Tv programs for that level poor.

Everything was amazing! The location was excellent(in front of the central train station) The breakfast was delicious!!! Housekeeping excellent! And Laura the receptionist was very kind and helpfull! I wanna say a big thanks to her! If I ever visit Rotterdam I will choose this Hotel :-) The shower :-( They have to add a hand shower please. It's not enough only on the wall. Please do something for it. Thanks ;-)
