It was well organized nice and clean hotel close by the Leiden station. When we have asked to arrange breakfast on the same morning (before 9am), the hotel owner has arranged it within 15min for 4 person. Even the breads were warm. We were very much appreciated it especially after a stay at a chaotic and not much helpful Belgian hotel. |

Since the room was used mainly to just sleep it was fine. Had the weather been rainy or bad it would probably not be a place to stay. The breakfast was very nice. After 3 pm there was no staff available if there was a problem. There was a phone number that could be called in event of a problem. |

It's conviently near city centre and train station (both within walking distance of few minutes). My room was comfortable, clean and relatively spacious - I even had own kitchen and own balcony. They offer small and large breakfast, I think small breakfast is quite enough for majority of travellers! Everything extra - TV, internet - was charged! |

Overall a very pleasant small hotel. Very nice and clean room, tea/coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast is served to your room at the time you indicate day before. Staff was quite helpful. Wireless internet available, but costs 12.50 EUR per day. The reception desk is not open 24 hours, you need to arrange in advance for late checkin - but that was not a problem for me. |

Very cosy setting close to Leiden center. Good and protected parking facilities Very poor service for the breakfast. It was served in the room, and if you wanted to have an extra cop of coffee, you had to buy it at 1,7€ |

We had a very comfortable room which was cleaned every day to a high standard. It was a very impersonal establishment, we saw someone at reception on arrival and on departure they were more concerned with any extra charges we might have incurred than whether we had enjoyed our stay. |

It is conveniently located near the train station-about 3 blocks. Most of the rooms are in the back and are very quiet-not on the street. It has an elevator!! Each room has a bathroom. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Leiden. There is no breakfast room. Breakfast is brought to your room if you order it in advance. However, there is a coffee maker and a small refrigerator inside each room. We bought our own breakfast at the market and stored it inside the refrigerator. This was very convenient. |

The location next to the train station is very convenient and it is located in a very quiet part of the city near the university. The neighborhood is primarily residential. Rooms are small and rather dated but the staff is very helpful. |

I found the atttitude of the man at reception was rude and abrupt. If I asked a questioned it appeared that I was interrupting him and a nuisance. There was nowhere to relax apart from your room as there is no lounge area. |

Location to Leiden City Centre Beware the reception closes very early and not attended beyond 8-9pm - makes it very difficult when travelling timetables may not be reliable. Ring ahead. Customer focus a little disappointing. |
