Location is the best in the city. you can take the boat tour just in front of hotel & go to port. New, clean hotel. Good breakfast, free internet. reasonavle prices in the hotel bar (works during day time). Possibility to take lunch & dinner. Wall partitions between rooms are not tick. you can hear your what is going on in the next room. On booking com it was written that shower is in the room and WC in the corridor, however the shower was also in corridor. (there are also rooms with facilities) |

Free internet. The shower curtain should be replaced with a shower door. I did not feel comfortable smoking outside of the hotel (although I understand that smoking is not allowed in the rooms). Asked for a room with a harbour view but got one looking at offices. Hotel not easily accessible with road works at entrance. Reception staff can be more friendly. |

The room was clean and the breakfast was good, also the location is good. The sound isolation was really poor, the hotel house itself is very strange and not comfortable. |

I enjoyed the possibility to have a satisfactory dinner at a reasonable price The breakfast offer should be improved, with better sweets and cakes, as well as the espresso coffee |

Location excellent as close to ship disembarkation. We liked the friendly, helpful staff and also enjoyed looking at the maritime displays at the hotel. The series of steps made it difficult to manage the suitcases. |

An excellent Hotel at a reasonable price, this is my second stay here. Th tram I was expecting to take me to the hotel terminated some distance away leaving me to walk. At present the tram track is being worked on and the whole area around the Hotel is dug up. |

Especially convenient to the Harbor (at foot of the Erasmus Bridge) and the Holland America Line Pier. Good for people about to leave on or return from a cruise, who just want a simple room to stay in for a night or two. |

Very good range of juices and bread at Breakfast. The dedicated Port of Rotterdam computer was enormously useful with its full details of Shipping Movements and Vessels Expected at Rotterdam. The Maritime Artefacts are most impressive. A Ship Lover's Paradise! It was disappointing that the Dining Room closed as early as 2000 hours in the evening. |

It was relatively cheap given its good location in downtown. Computers with internet downstairs were not always available - some people were spending too much time using them. After several days one appreciate at least some modifications regarding the breakfast buffet. |

This time we paid a little extra for a comfort room and was definately worth paying. Great river view and much newer rooms. Breakfast is good and is included in my rate. Pub/bar is very good. Lift is very small and slow. |
