Awesome atmosphere at this hotel! great breakfast and friendly staff

Cheap hotel very easy to get with the Pram from the Central station as the Pram stop was the final stop for this pramline. 2 fields only on the Klippencarte. Simple to travel withr Pram line to Feijenoord (De Kuip) stadium. Please ask the reception for travel instructions

I was a litlebit unlucky which could not find a WC in the same floor, but maybe I just didn`t searched good enough? If you accept to not have the WC in your room - please consider this hotel.

Localization was very good.

Lack of fridge in the hotel. I have asked a question before arriving but I didnt received any answer. I have asked stuff to put my food in the fridge but they didn't and food spoiled (they have put it outside of the fridge and haven't no idea where it was).

Nice position on the river bank, in front with the famous Erasmus bridge. Because of the small city centre it was close to everything important. Nice staff and good breakfast.

We had the "cheap" room with shared bathroom, so it means no chance to have some good view and calm restful room. Their system of self-closing doors is really noisy, with the room like our - opposite to toilet and bathroom, we had very fussy mornings and evenings. Maybe the more expensive rooms upwards with bathroom are fine and have also some chance to have better view as parking.

Breakfast is very good, reception staff friendly. The view to the bridge is beautiful if you get the room on that side of the hotel. Room is well cleaned but bathrooms are not in the best shape (some cleaning in the corners would do well).

The prize, the place havkng the atmosphere of an industrialand international harbor, the guests many were professional saiolrs.

Location was great, close to Erasmus Bridge and other atractions. There was a good selection of cable channels for the hotel's price.

Sahred toilets are extremely small. Room was a bit cold.

noisy, we could hear other guests very well; i booked a room with a view for additional money, but didn't get one. When i asked about it, the receptionist was not very friendly, and said that it couldn't be possible, that the fee was for a bigger room; the beds were not very comfortable.

1) the window in my room was not tight enough and even after being fixed there was unbelievable cold within the room; 2) due to damaged tap there was no hot water in the shower; 3) the light switcher was out of order (fortunately there was a little lamp)

Clean & comfei. Wifi is free & excellent. It's got 2 PC for travellers to use in the bar. Free safe to be used, just need to pay 5 Euro deposit. Staffs are nice & helpful, speak good English.

Shower is not so good. Breakfast is quite simple. Far from station of Rotterdam Centraal. You need to catch a tram no 7 to get there from station. Be careful not to catch the wrong direction of tram no 7.
