Staff and the restaurant downstairs make up for a lot. no elevator, cold water in the shower at night. |

Friendly staff, nice furniture on the room, nice bed, nice location. Noisy, due to the floors. You hear you naighbours very clearly. And breakfast could be better, more elaborate. |

The hotel itself had a very relaxing atmosphere and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were just what we needed and they were designed very well indeed. Most importantly the location of the hotel was perfect as it was right in the centre of Maasticht and very close to local amenities, tourist sights, restaurants and bars. |

Staff was very friendly and the hotelrooms were nicely decorated and clean. The rooms were a bit noisy and the shower didn't have enough pressure (probably because there were more guests taking a shower at the same time). |

The room was large and comfortable. Hotel situated in the centre of town. Staff very friendly. Restaurant served good food. Internet only available in in reception/restaurant area and first floor. Very steep stairs with no elevator. Not suitable for older people or disabled. |

de locatie is super en het personeel is al net zo geweldig. de gasten beoordelingen vind ik te negatief omdat als je midden in het centrum verblijft de geluiden altijd hoorbaar zijn.Het zijn nu eenmaal oudere panden en geen pas gebouwd luxe hotel.Ze willen toch graag midden in het centrum verblijven?Anders moet je aan de rand van een grote stad een hotel boeken maar dan is de afstand weer te groot.Het hotel is gewoon hartstikke goed!!!! |

- nette, leuk ingerichte, ruime kamers. Heerlijk ontbijt, leuke cocktailkaart. Behulpzaam personeel Het hotel is vrij gehorig, vooral 's nachts. Je hoort mensen over de gang lopen en er komt veel geluid van buiten (vooral vanuit de friettent tegenover) |

de ligging prijs kwaliteit verhouding is ver te zoeken. Erg gehorig, lawaai van de straat en thuiskomende gasten hoor je goed. de kamer was ook niet erg schoon. De kamer zou maximaal 40 euro met 2 personen mogen kosten. 83 is echter veel te veel voor geleverde kwaliteit. |

De mensen waren erg vriendelijk , we konden onze bagage voor het in en na het uitchecken bij de bar kwijt. Bagage werd netjes naar boven getild. De kamer was apart in leuke Marokkaanse style, de bedden goed, de badkamer erg mooi, alles was schoon.De locatie is ideaal, precies in het centrum. Onder het hotel zit een Marokkaanse lounge en restaurant, mooi en leuk gedaan.Mogelijkheid tot ontbijt voor 10 euro pp. Wij hebben dat niet gedaan omdat we liever in de stad wilde ontbijten. Maar het zag er prima uit. Onze kamer was te bereiken via 3 lange trappen, dus niet geschikt voor minder valide.Verder was het behoorlijk gehorig, maar omdat er maar 2 kamers per afdeling zijn viel het nog mee, Ik kon me er persoonlijk niet aan storen. |

vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamer goed uitgerust en verzorgd. Iets te weinig verlichting op de kamer maar dat hoort misschien ook wel bij de Oosterse sfeer. |
