Its a nice room in a great location and easy to find. There is a restaurant / bar downstairs but you cannot hear anything from the room, perfect. The thing we loved best about the hotel though was the staff: happy, friendly, eager to help, we really felt welcome and important, even with our two young children, many bags and pushchairs. Stay here, its great,

Location, style. Stairs, sttep and difficult with cases. Not a hotel for anyone with mobility problems. This should be on the website.

It is very well located, and gives you all you need. I shared a room with a friend, but they only had one key to the room. They did give us an extra key to the front door though.

The hotel location is perfect just a stone throw away from the famous Markt. hotel staff are very humble and polite. We didn't knew first that the Hotel Restaurant also have cocktails and 'hukka' which we discovered only when we left hotel for dinner outside and could not find any suitable option and we decided to return back to have dinner at Hotel restaurant, to our surprise we found restaurant also serve cocktails, we both are big fan of cocktails. Price was fair 6 Eur (max) per cocktail. Pros : location, price, hotel staff, restaurant serve cocktails, food is good too. Cons : Bathroom don't have proper facility, rooms are spacious but has dim lights. Overall I can recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy city without going far away from the center. Bathroom don't have proper facility, rooms are spacious but has dim lights

Most important is the fact that all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location is possibly second to none, right in the centre and by the large shopping centre. Our room, the Agadir Room was of a reasonable size. It was clean and warm but the lights, probably meant to be "mood" lighting, were too dull making reading in the room very difficult. The room was twin bedded but there was only one bedside table and lamp. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were too thick making them too uncomfortable for us to use. Because of the friendly staff and great location we would stay hear again.

The location is great - close to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Restaurant food was good too. Lighting in the room was too dim and there wasn't a hanging wardrobe (although there were a couple of small cupboards) or bin in the room.

Great staff, excellent location. Pull over outside the hotel to ask about car parking, as the most local car park is pretty high on the old price. Rooms are very clean, Moroccan elements to the design. Great breakfast at whatever time you fancy it. The stairs are super steep and tight. Head room was a little tight in my room but that may have been just my room. No shower in the room, rather an attachment in the bath, but perfectly fine and very good water pressure

Very nice staff, very clean, good food and drinks You have to be aware of climbing stairs, you will get help with your baggage but still you have to consider to take them every night and day.

The Location was excellent for the Town Centre. The Lighting in the rooms, whilst atmospheric was far too inadequate and made it very dark after the sun went down. Sadly the rooms at the front of the building also suffer somewhat with noice from the street in the evening.

Location. It's very central, close to everything in town. The shisha bar atmosphere is also nice. The bed (mattress was too soft).

The hotel was clean, comfortable, but more than anything it was the staff that were helpful and pleasant, particularly Priscilla. Although there are some rooms that have the bathroom across the landing, which we were aware of, it wasn't a problem. The only negative was that we had suitcases and we had to go up 2 flights of stairs. We also choose this hotel as the reviews were mostly positive. Would definitely go back and recommend it to any-one.

This is a very clean hotel near the heart of the city. The rooms are funky by design with very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The staff are very cheerful and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel should make arrangements for evening meals during ramadan or let guests know the status before arrival.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Good location. Breakfast good, and the bed was comfortable, room was clean. One bed only had 5 legs instead of 6, so my Mum fell out of it. No bulb in the bedside lamp. No plug in bathroom sink. Very noisy fire-escape outside our room (5), people going up and down throughout the night, noisy people above us, very steep narrow stairs to get up to second floor - difficult with luggage and an elderly mother - we did not see that the hotel didn't have an elevator.

Located right near the old centre, very convenient for many sights. Owner / staff helpful. The bathroom that came with our room was outside of it rather than en-suite and there was nothing to prevent others using it. One of the tilt and turn windows was in a poor state of repair making it difficult toc close securely once we had opened it. The main lock on the room looked dodgy as if it had recently been forced and not repaired properly.

Proximity to city, however it was quite far from the station. The staff were good and the breakfast was good. The stairs were very steep and difficult to negotiate with suitcases.

It is a unique type of B & B, the Moorish theme was fun!, the steep steps wouldnt do for elderly people, as theredidnt have a lift. The staff were wonderful, very sweet young lady at front desk was very helpful, she carried my 2 semi heavy bags up the narrow winding stairs, without asking. Yes on Friday night there was some noise from the small lobby bar but I sleep with ear plugs anyway PLus i expected it from the previous reviews I read> The location is in the heart of the action, If you have cases with wheels it was possible to walk from the rail station to the hotel, weather permitting. The room was big and spotless, , I enjoyed the theme of the place, Breakfast wasnt included, 10 euros did seem a bit steep for that there are loads of cafes in the area so it wasnt a problem. A fun stay in a fun city!

Employees and owner were very kind and accommodating. Got a quiet room from the start, exchange some emails afterwards and they replied quite fast. When I got there again they were nice and open to make you feel comfortable. Not as clean. Would be nice to have fresh sheets when you get there. But this also varies with the room from what I have seen. second issue: wireless does not reach beyond first floor. not a biggie, but I had some calls to take and it was a bit weird rating the halls (downstairs is loud in the evening). But, that was compensated by my room free upgrade.
