Hotel Mayflower  

Good central location and handy for the railway station. Very helpful staff.

Not a problem for us but there is no lift and the stairs are quite steep.

The hotel is in a small town, nice, peaceful. A good place for those who like a quiet area to relax. Local people are very nice. The room is good. The service is good. The receptionist is very nice and helpful. If I come back to Leiden I will choose this hotel again.

Mayflower is a nice hotel in a peaceful, small city. People at the reception are very kind. They are ready to answer to your all questions. The price is reasonable. The service is good. It is in the city center but not too far from the train station (only 5-minute walk). Some informations about the hotel: - From the train station you just go ahead, passing the bridge, the hotel is at the corner on your left. -just leaving the train station the bus stop is on your right, the bus to keukenhof is 854. - Supermarkets: one named Jumbo, the other is at Ibis hotel. - Local people are very nice

There is no wastebin in the room.

The room was shabby, bad linen not very clean, very old feel (radio).

The location is very good，5 minites walking from central station，and you can find lots of snack bar around.

Found hairs on the bed when first entering room.

Convenient location and a very nice view of the square from the hotel room.

No lift, we have to cover 3 floors on a very narrow staircase. Might not be a good idea for people with heavy bags.

The Hotel is close to the Centraal Station, and there are a lot of restaurants and pubs in the area. The room was big and cleaned.

The breakfast was not so rich. Stairs really steep.

Poor condition. Quite run down & in need of repair. Mismatched, broken furniture. Torn carpets in room & walkways. Difficult, dangerous stairways. Poor lighting. Very dark room. Indifferent, inept, unwelcoming staff. NO LIFT/ELEVATOR

The location is excellent as it is 5 min from the station.

I normally go to this hotel but this time I got a room (nb 20) which was very noisy, where the heating was not functioning properly. The room is located at the 2 floor without lift.

The heating system was terrible and the room was very cold. The minifridge did not work and the wireless signal was very poor in the room. The sheets were not clean.
