The hotel was very close to the station and the town center was reachable within 5 minutes.

The room was too confined; there was only air-conditioning but we could not open the window. The reception was often crowded and we had to wait a long time to give our keys back when leaving the hotel. As we were not very happy about this, the lady at the reception allowed us not to queue for this. On the 3rd day, the cleaning lady removed 2 towels and the bathmats

Good but basic hotel ,no restaurant anywhere near. Bar good,breakfast ok,rooms ok no chairs ,no glass in bathroom.Hotel used by tourist groups and good priced at approx. 75 euros per night. Convenient for travel with station next door and central station only 8 minutes away.

First night hotel room charge far in excess of normal charges.I Was charged 280 euros for first night(Saturday) with following nights at 100.this might be due to Booking.com or whatever but is too much for a hotel like this outside town

The staff is not friendly and polite at all. The rooms are tiny. We did not get our ordered travel package (we were given refund of uneaten breakfast). The receptionist is not helpful. Our car was staying for 3 days in front of the hotel instead of booked parking place in the garage. The breakfast is not good enough to have it because of a small selection of food.

Helpful staff! Clean rooms!

Despite the small reception area was crowded almost at any time of the day, the staff were dealing with customers quite well and rapidly. Our room for three was more or less like a corridor, which was just a bit wider than two seperate beds and the third bed located at the end of one of the other two beds. But this was fun to stay in as we are in Amsterdam, where most of the natives live in such narrow houses. The beds were comfortable, room and the private toilet and shower were spotless clean. No comment for the bar and/or restaurant and breakfast as we didnot use any of those. The hotel is five minutes to Amsterdam Center by train or 15 minutes by bus and it is 15 minutes from Schiphol by train which all are accessible from the station nearby. You can catch one in every 10-15 minutes.

No restaurants around other than a few fast food corners at the station and two-three shops selling sandwiches and refreshments or coffee. But that should not be a problem cause you are in Amsterdam. You can find eveything for your taste in the city and use the hotel for accomodation only.

Very good location if you have to live outside city center. Hotel is near train station - 5 min to Amsterdam Centraal and 10 min to Schiphol. Hotel is clean, modern furniture, 2 big laggage rooms.

We were staying in tripple room and it was very small for 3 persons. Hope, not all rooms lool like this.

Easy access from thr train station. Not far from Amsterdam city centre. Clean room and well equipped, incl internet access.

Location is perfect. Very easy to get form Schiphol and Asterdam old city. Minimal, no ugly details. Very urban and very Dutch.

Room wasnt ready when we got there at 11:30 pm!!! Had to switch room twice and finally got the room we were first sent to. All in all it took about 30 mins to check in! had a three beds. 2 were ok but the third one was pretty small for an adult

This is basically an upmarket youth hostel. In saying that it was reasonable value for money and 5 minutes by train (100 meters away) to Amsterdam central. If you want anything better you will pay twice what this place is. The staff on reception are very very helpful.

Good location by a key train/tram/metro station Staff is very friendly and generally efficient. (We had booked a double and a single, and at first they gave us two singles. After we pointed out the error they corrected it quickly.) Good internet

No phone in rooms (*** Will not stay here again for this reason ***) Single rooms are just too small, and in fact smaller than necessary (60% of the area is occupied by the bathroom and a corridor; I would have much preferred to have no shower and a bit more space.)

New hotel, clean, modern, large shower, international tv channels, low price compare to the other hotels equivalent (ibis) in centrum on the eve of the King Willem Alexander coronation. 55 euros the very small single bedroom vs 200 euros for normal ibis bedroom in centrum.

The smaller room I ever seen. I thought I was in japan... Convenient just to sleep, not to spend time in the room. Even if we are warned 'very small bedroom', it's still surprising. They charged 6 euros more than the booking.com price. They gave the money back without a problem the next morning when I noticed it but they didn't event say 'sorry for the mistake'.
