The hot breakfast was great and fresh fruit salad lovely. Although there was decorating work going on on the ground floor everything was clean and tidy with little disruption. 7 euros for a beer at the bar! |

Comfortable bed and pillows. Strong shower. The hotel was being refurbished which I was not aware of, however it did not effect me as I was up early every morning anyway. |

Nice breakfast menu and neatly laid out with a lot of choice for working people. The rooms were clean and convenient. For the work we came to do the hotel is well situated near two tram lines and there were many nice eateries were nearby. There was no attention to detail, replacing soap or shampoo or tea bags. They were always courteous when asked - but you had to ask. |

Reasonable close to the centre of town. Staff not that helpfull. Not at all up to a 4 * standard. Better off with a good 3* closer to centre. Avoid. Small double(?) rooms. Building works going on in the hotel which they didnt tell us about. No bar (being refurbished), scaffolding everywhere. |

I liked the free room upgrade, the cleanliness, the quiet location with easy access to Amsterdam centrum & the good overall quality of this small hotel. The staff were excellent. Altogether a nice experience and only a quarter of the cost of the nearby Hilton And Bilderberg Garden hotels [my conference venue for my visit, just 100 metres away]. Highly recommended, excellent value. |

The hotel was about 15 minutes tram ride from the city centre which was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was no shower curtain around the bath so the floor got soaked when the shower was used. |
