The hotel was about 15 minutes tram ride from the city centre which was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was no shower curtain around the bath so the floor got soaked when the shower was used. |

If u can spend another 15-20 euro p/n then u can avoid the shame condition of the 3 star hotels in Amsterdam |

room was comfortable,air conditioning was good and essential in summer tea & coffee making facilities kept being taken from our room. cups not washed up, bath towels taken and occasionally not replaced. requested these items from reception and did get an immediate response.(very impressed with reception staff). |

Fantastic value .Large room for Amsterdam and close to everything via tram or bus.Free internet and heaps of tv channels in the room.Excellent.Would definately stay there again. Mini bar slightly pricey but arent all hotels. |

It looks better from outside, it is nice that 16 tram goes to city center the tobaco smell in the hall was really bad, expensive internet and it seems that they don't change the towel the way it was written in the bathroom |

This hotel is fairly stylish and quite comfortable. It is out of the main noisy sections of Amsterdam, placed within a more residential area. Don't recall any, but maybe an easy internet access with TV would help. |
