Frukosten och rummet. Personalen hade dålig koll på de kollektiva färdmedel som fanns i närheten, när man ville in till stan. det enda de visste var bussen till Flygplatsen. |

For me the best part was the maintenance of the room. The room was kept clean every day by the house keeping, they changed the bedsheets everyday, everything was in place by the time you are back in the evening. The airport shuttle was just perfect, always on time no issues. The location is such that if you do not have your own transportation then it becomes little difficult to go out looking for something (you have the airport shuttle but you can just get into schiphol for everything), there is no McDonalds or KFC close by. For me the dinner at the hotel was little tough being an indian i did not have much choice at the recipes that are served over there. |

Personal friendly, hotel within easy driving distance, quite rooms This hotel is category 4-stars: within this category, the bathrooms are standard too small, quality of breakfast is too poor for € 20,50 (!), central heating was default only lukewarm on max. Position ( 8 deg. Celsius outside). I Think, 3 stars category and lower price for breakfast would be fair. |

Accessibilty other than by car poor due to major road wih no footpath. No Tea/Coffee facilities in room. Poor evening meal menu. |

The staff, restaurant, location, and airport shuttle were excellent. I was traveling with my dog, so the huge area of grass for her to pottie and run around was perfect. No, not one thing. It was perfect. |

The restaurant and the choice of wines What I did not like is a concern of the accor organization!! The drive from the airport to the hotel was stupid passing all other 3 hotels changing bushes poor drivers took a rite of 45 minutes from the asirport to the hotel. That never ever again because it is bad management to think that your guasts our a bunch of cows. Sorry. |

Clean, good staff and organized Charges for all the little extras, like internet in the lobby nad terrible shuttle bus service due to lack of frequency and confusion in which bus of two with the same colour and logo scheme served to Mercure. |
