I was most impressed by the service from the staff. They were very efficient and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is set in lovely surroundings and was a delightful place to stay. I could not think of anything that I did not like. |

The hotel was clean, tidy and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and had very good English. The booking through Booking.com did not allow me to book twin rooms so we arrived with doubles booked. Again, the hotel sorted this out without any problems. However this is something you should confirm yourself - lesson learnt! |

The room was clean and cosy. The restaurant is good however the choice is limited and price for the food relatively high. The birds outside the window were very loud in the morning waking me up. The windows should be more air-tight. |

Could do with access to english television - as my Mother is registered disabled and cannot go out for a full day and then in the evening as well, this would have made her stay much better. I was very disappointed to find that the room had no tea/coffee making facilities as this would have made our stay much more enjoyable |

Conveniently placed on ring road, but quiet location. Easy access to city of Arnhem, Open Air Museum and the National Forest area. Staff friendly. Typical, modern, business type hotel. Food better than average. Selection of wines also good. Plenty of parking. No coffee making facilities in room. |

Bar menu good. Hugely overpriced for what it was - 16 Euros each for breakfast. Room only set up for 1 person instead of two - when I queried this the receptionist said that is how they do it and I could find towels etc in the closet (I had already done so). Never had this before at any other hotel. They did the same thing the next day too. If you are in rooms starting with a 5 be warned there is no lift. |
