Mercure Hotel Arnhem

Very good breakfast buffet.

There was a constant irritating noise in the room (from the heating system?). Unpleasant smell (from desinfectants?). No hairdryer in the room.

The hotel was clean and tidy with plenty of parking space. Staff friendly and helpful. Good price for room and reasonable price for meals and drinks.

Very well placed for Arnhem. Comfortable and clean, would use this hotel again

Pleasant location near both countryside and town, helpful and friendly staff, good choice of buffet breakfast, excellent on-site parking.

Bed was rather small for a double.

It was very close to Burger's Zoo, open Air Museum and Hoge Veluve national park. You can rent bikes at the hotel.

It is a bit far from the center but there are buses twice every hour. The food at the hotel is a bit expensive and not many options around in that area.

I was most impressed by the service from the staff. They were very efficient and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is set in lovely surroundings and was a delightful place to stay.

I could not think of anything that I did not like.

The hotel was clean, tidy and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and had very good English. The booking through Booking.com did not allow me to book twin rooms so we arrived with doubles booked. Again, the hotel sorted this out without any problems. However this is something you should confirm yourself - lesson learnt!

Het is een goed gezellig hotel, ik was er 1 avond en nacht, dus kan ik er niet veel van vertellen. We zaten in een ingesneeuwde toestand, dat was minder, want je kon niet veel zien en doen

Mijn vriendein en ik hadden ieder een eigen kamer, maar zij had een grote luxe kamer en ik had een kotje zonder verwarming in de badkamer. Dat was toen heel koud ong. 10graden onder nul
