Big room, good breakfast, quiet location
I paid extra for a room with a view of the lake but to be honest the view isn't that great
The Staff where positive and respectful; The food was good; Location very good; Noise level low. TV good Wi-Fi good
The Bath grab-handle was rusted through - I hurt my hand when it came off the wall and I nearly fell into the bath. The carpet was in need of a shampoo; There was no hair shampoo; just hand lotion; The water temperature was not constant. At breakfast (good food + good staff but :- Coffee Machine and Orange Juicer MUCH too noisy!! The old "domestic" bread toaster should be replaced by a commercial one. Ground-in stains on the table cloth;
Location is great, close to the shops and tram stations. Overall a nice hotel with staff that are always willing to assist. I have stayed at the hotel a number of times and it is always good.
Food and beverage options are lomited within the hotel if traveling with younger children.
Lakeside room with balcony. Dinner to usual high Mercure standard.
Address leads satnav to shopping mall car park - and no hotel sign visible. Warning in hotel info. in room - a bit late!
Very close to all shopping centers and public transport. Beautiful park behind the hotel. Clean and comfort.
There's an awful carpet everywhere which seems to do awful things to the air. The breakfast room was too hot, and the rolls made of cotton wool.
location public transport close-by giving easy access to city The Hague - Scheveningen - Delft and most touristic attractions large room with nice balcony with view on lake
breakfast rather expensive for an elementary one that can be expected in a 4-star hotel
breakfaSt is good, but......
breakfast is , Iike everywhere else, ridiculously expensive
The location was excellent for us as we were visiting friends nearby.
Friendliness of the staff
the shabbyness of the hotel
Rooms are always clean and comfortable
The fact that I was still staying there and they removed the mini bar from my room as they were opening a new shop. They should have waited till I had checked out and teh room was empty.
Big room. Very comfortable. Good breakfast.
No free Wi-Fi.
I am a regular guest in this hotel (stayed there before it became a Mercure hotel), so I knew that in general everything is OK.
Dispite the fact that I stayed here more often and payed the hotel room in advance with a credit card, the receptionist asked for a guarantee payment of 50 Euro for eventually usage of the minibar. I have NEVER heard of something like that and refused accordingly. In the end the receptionist agreed on this, but this is not a nice start when you arrive at a hotel. Price of breakfast is simply too high.
All the staff we encountered were welcoming, helpful, and very efficient.
Our room décor was a little tired. It would also be useful to have a clock in the room.
I did not get the room I booked they did up-selling, because they said that there were no rooms available with 1 double bed, I had to change to other room and they charged me 19 euro/night extra . not good service . .
