Location. Reaction to daily problems. It took 4 days to have the basin in the bath room fixed.(It was stopped). Very slow reaction. |

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bedroom was more than adequate and the shower was wonderful. An excellent breakfast. On Friday evening the restaurant was not fully functional. |

We appreciated the staff's friendliness and willingness to help with enquiries about transport and directions. The hotel seemed equally comfortable catering for conferences and tourists. It was a perfect location for all our activities and we would certainly choose it again. There was nothing we disliked. |

Good location. 10min walk to central. Parking needs 20 euro per night, but after checking out on the next day, I could park my car a few hours more. Totally the price is acceptable. Unfortunately, the elevator had problem when we stayed. But the staff accomodated us adequately. |

This is a very modern, efficient, stylish, clean & well appointed hotel perfectly located in the city-centre.. The room was very nice indeed, very stylish & modern furniture & fittings. I paid half the normal rate, (because it was the weekend, no doubt) which meant it was excellent value. Didn't take breakfast, too pricey at 19.50 euro. There wasn't quite enough light in the room had to rearrange it. Otherwise perfect. |

Absolutely nothing at all to find any kind of fault with. The level of customer service was exceptionally high, the room & bathroom were slick, functional and modern, and the buffet breakfast sumptuous! The Weekend Rate is very good value, if two people share a room. I will definitely be returning to this charming city and hotel in the near future! |

Central location. The room was big. They didn't accept my rechargeable Mastercard, which I have always used everywhere.I had to pay cash at the check-in, and moreover they wanted 25euro more as a guarantee..in cash naturally because for them my CC was useless...incredible for a 4 star hotel. |

Fijn rustig hotel op ideale lokatie Deze keer hadden we een kamer met alleen een douche. In een hotelkamer verwacht ik eerlijk gezegd altijd wel een bad. Ontbijt vind ik te duur, maar dat is tegenwoordig overal zo. |
