Het ontbijt was goed maar niet 4/5 sterren waardig Besmatrassen zijn gewoon slecht

Location is the only advantage of the hotel.

Rooms are small. No even water in the room, may acceptable for 3-star... Overpriced for that quality.

I thought breakfast was quite expensive but the selection was very good. Had a double bed yet we have 2 single duvet covers - a double duvet cover would have been much better. Not much storage space - was ok for a few days stay but if it had been longer im not sure it would have been enough.

Convenient location near the centrum and Train Station.

The hotel is perfected located close to the old town. All major attractions are easily accessable from a very nice transport system. Shopping as well as many great restaurants and wine bars are within walking distance. The room was well equipped and spacious.Internet was available free of charge.

Nothing really

Fantastic hotel, with clean, beautiful and comfortable rooms. Location right at the centre, next to the Grote Markt, the Binnenhof and the shopping area. Tram stops are right outside and it is within walking distance from both train stations of the city. Great and rich breakfast. Surprisingly fast and dependable WiFi everywhere in the hotel building.

Great location, good value for the money, staff was genuinely nice and not "fake" nice.

A minor point, but the bathroom door is just a sliding panel that does not give you complete privacy.

Really enjoyed the Mercure Den Haag. I thought it would be quite generic, but the staff were great, location perfect, and the rooms and bathrooms nice and comfortable.

The hotel look good from outside. Its good situated close to shopping and downtown Haag. Quite close to railway station. It has also a nice and big lobby, with a nice bar (where u can buy small meals and drinks). The rooms are Ok, and matresses good. Staff helpfull and polite.

The rooms are very cold when u arrive, since they always turn off the heating completely..(also in winter). We asked for warmer room, but it was hard to find. After 1 hour we were given a upgrade room which was a bit warmed up.. But I must say the hotel seems more like a 3 star hotel than 4 star..

Comfortable room with all the amenities at an excellent location for a very reasonable price.

It was very central for shopping,eating out and close to public transport. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. Good selection for breakfast, would definitely stay again.

Parking and easy access to thé citycenter

Normally in the mercure hotels a seniors couple pays only one breakfast . In Den Haag it was not . We paid the 2 breakfasts (2x 20€) and we think it's expensive .

One of staff who check me in was so rude Did not help me to carry the bags and I told him this is first time for me a 4 star hotel not donig this service he said in holland we don't do this its shame of Mercure hotels to deal witg customers like this no more mercure hotels for me

Comfortable and convenient for the city.

The location is excellent for our requirements. The staff are more than helpful and I like the ambiance in the Hotel.
