very friendly staff, really beautiful room, a 5-10 minute walk from the flower market, hidden away on a nice street. Every touch of the room, from the painting behind the bed to the sink to the shower, was really classy. The pillows were the typical Dutch pillows, which I (as an American) and my wife (Spanish) found uncomfortable. I asked for other types of pillows, but they don't carry them. Also, the heating in room 124 made all kinds of loud noises the second night. |

Rooms were comfortable and clean I was there on business and would have appreciated wireless internet included in the room rate. And the bathroom light switch was not intuitively positioned! |

The room was very clean and had all you need for a short stay.Hotel is in a nice area and is easy to find. Some staff were a bit rude. |

Location was great, hotel staff esp Hans were lovely, clean rooms.... Breakfast was 16.50e!!! We didnt have breakfast any of the days we stayed cause it was so expensive but there was plenty of bakeries and a supermarket near by to get food.... |

Good location, nice room, air conditioning quiet yet effective, reasonable (but nothing special) breakfast, the hotel is on a quiet side street so not as noisy as some other Amsterdam hotels, comfortable bed. Shower stall very small (however, also completely working). Internet access overpriced (should be free, these days!). There was no tea/coffee making facility in the room. |

The service, the staff, the hotel was recently renovated, it is located at a very quiet neibourhood, i can not say anything about breakfast or food because we did not book accomodation with breakfast.. was expensive. |

Its in a quiet area of town and local trams was only a short walk from the hotel. There is a bakers/cafe/pub/restaurant near by as well. |

ωραια δωματια, πολυ καλη η ανακαινηση,ησυχο ξενοδοχειο και καθαρο, θα ηθελα να βαλουνε εναν ακομη υπολογηστη στο χωλ. στην υποδοχη οι υπαλληλοι ηταν εξυπηρετικοτατοι και χαμογελαστοι. ενα ακομη υπολογιστη στο χωλ, και να υπηρχαν παντοφλες μιας χρησης στο δωματιο, δεν τις πηρα απο εδω νομιζοντας οτι θα εχει εκει |

Hotellet har en bra beliggenhet i Amsterdam, hyggelig personale, flotte rom i friske farger. God seng. Frokosten er alt for dyr, burde være billigere selv om den ikke er inkludert i prisen. Men mange gode cafeer i nærheten av hotellet. |
