This hotel is very well designed and clean. It's in a safe area of the city and a 5 minute walk from the nearest tram stop. It's ideal if you want a nice hotel close by the main attractions of Amsterdam! The beds were so comfortable. If I had to pick something that would put me off staying here again it might by the location as there are so many hotels slap bang in the centre where you wouldn't need to get trams, however the quality of this hotel makes it worthwhile.

The room, labeled "prestige" was nice and spacious. Service was fine, although the reception staff could be enforced. Ii well pity for the single receptionist who had to do everything - check- ins, check-outs, provide city information, sell tram tickets, go to the luggage room.

Honestly, everything was ok, we were 5 dudes in 2 rooms, beds were very comfy. Location was great and safe. Staff was cool. Internet was free in the lobby, didnt check in the room. Parking slot is very expensive but secured by a camera, 45E/day (Less than 10 slots), do not expect lower than this price in town or look for a P+R. Breakfast also 18E/Person, didnt take it, but hope they served caviar for this fare.

The room, eventhou it was kind of small, it was confortable for a young couple. The decoration of the room was stylish and nice That you have to pay for internet, the price was ridiculous, Internet must be free in hotels

The staff at the rception were really helpful. We asked how to get places and what nightclubs were best and they were only too willing to help. The rooms are small but quirky and clean! the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms had great showers! The location was good, it was a 20 minute walk into Dam Square but the trams stop right outside and only take 5 minutes into the city centre.

The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The location is close to most things, but also on a relatively quiet street in central Amsterdam, with the minor exception of adjacent to a young children's school that opens around 07:30 on weekdays. (Which is not perfect, but imo far preferable to a bar that is noisy all night.) The rooms were very clean, modern in style, and comfortable.

As 3 students price was the most important factor for us. We paid £270 for 4 nights in a triple room, it worked out around €25 euros a night per person, would have paid the same to stay in a hostel with a shared room and shared facilities. Absolute excellent value for money, great hotel, good location, great staff. Will be returning if we can get a good offer again. Wouldnt be surprised to normally pay triple the price we paid for the standard of hotel. Free wifi for unlimited devices throughout our stay and they did not charge us for use of the luggage storage room. The breakfast was 9 euros for a small breakfast or 16 euros for a large one. Although we didn't try it so I can't comment on the quality, and I believe this is the usual price for breakfast in hotels.

The place is really spacious and it is quite close from the city centre. We were advised that the wifi cover the whole hotel, but we didn't get it in our room. There are also a lot of dead flies in the bathroom - seems like the room hasn't been used for a while and hasn't been clean at that time.

Very nice and clean hotel, helpful staff 17,50Euros for breakfast and 47euros for 12hrs for parking is crazy!!! It feels like they are taking advantage of you because they know u need to park your car. Also a little far from Dam square if you are walking and it's cold (wouldn't be bad during the warmer months)

Breakfast and restaurant area. Yes, in particular one day the room was not clean, the beds were not made and we found the bathroom dirty and no towels. Upon returning in the evening no one could help to solve the problem and we went to bed without wash

Nice designed rooms, nice reception staff, pretty good position for visiting ( close to main attractions and to tram station. Quite small rooms, the heater was very noisy during night time ( lots of poc poc ) . Maybe the price we've payed was a bit to much for the value we've received ...

Quiet location (once the construction works finish!) and comfortable enough. The staff are very obliging and happy to help with any questions/enquiries - would definitely stay there again. As at November 2011 do request a room at the back of the hotel; there are very noisy construction works happening right across from the front which made working in my room impossible.

I was very welcome at the hotel. Nice recepcionist who explained me everything I needed. The location is very good. You can easily walk to Heiniken Experience and to some other places such as the pubs neighborhood. The room is comfortable, the bathroom is good. Very nice. The breakfast is very good especially the jam. Hummmm I highly recommend this hotel to all the turists who want to have some good time with a reasonable price.
