A l'arrivée, nous avons été avertis que l'hôtel est en rénovation... Mais nous n'avons nullement été dérangés car les travaux se font en horaire décalé (+/- 9h30 - 19h00). Nous avons eu des bicyclettes parfaitement en ordre durant la durée de notre séjour; nous avons pu en bénéficier également la dernière journée après le check out et ce, gratuitement ! Nous avons grandement apprécié ! |

Accès facile - Facilité de parking - situation proche centre ville - Excellente literie Nous avons pu bénéficier de vélos mais l'offre doit probablement être insuffisante quand l'hôtel est plus rempli, d'autant que tous les vélos ne sont pas en état... - on ne peut pas les réserver. Handicapant d'être sans vélo dans une ville est tout est organisé pour les deux-roues |

The bicycles are really great. Good service. The cost of the unrenovated rooms are the same as those for the better, renovated rooms. |

The hotel offered a free bicycle for the transit to and from the City Centre of Groningen. I used this opportunity for both pleasure and business. Since the Municipality of Grongingen promotes/stimulates to minimize transport/transit by private cars in its city center this can be considered as a perfect gesture to the guests.The lady at the reception desk made me aware of this service. |

good location near to centre ans access roads as mentioned you should not rent rooms without warning that major rennovation work and therefore disruption to guests will occur |

Nice hotel staff. I'm 2.02 meters, made reservations for doublebed-room but had to sleep diagonal. Elevator-height was ~1.95 meters, so sqeezed between floor and ceiling. Only 60 parkingspaces, by far not enough for a 8-9 floor-hotel. In the morning I almost had to eat in the lobby (all seats taken), I ended up eating in the hallway at the elevators because someone in the hallway finished his breakfast.Never again! |
