Only stayed one night after only 3 hours sleep the previous night, so no problems at all. Only that my room had no kettle or coffee making facilities. |

It was a nice hotel and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the whole service was very good. The hotel was a little jaded but was good value for money and we were very happy with our stay there. We were delighted to be able to borrow a bike at no cost and explore the area. |

We didn't like the fact that the rooms smelled, the covers of the bed were very old, we had bugs in the room at night, it was very disgusting. |

Prima hotel in de nabijheid van Groningen met uitgebreid ontbijt en gratis beschikbare fietsen. Gunstig gelegen t.o.v. uitvalswegen. Dekens i.p.v. dekbedden. |

Erg prettig personeel. Gratis leenfietsen. Goede ligging tov OV naar Groningen.Nabijheid dorpskern haren met winkels en paar restaurants. Kamer prima en ondanks snelweg zeer rustig. Goed ontbijtbuffet. UItstekende prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. Jammer dat er geen croissants waren bij ontbijt. Verder alles naar wens! |

Het personeel. Het hotel is aan renovatie toe!! de beddenbak is versleten en kraakte , hebben slechte necht gehad. Omwille van enkele beglazing is er geluidsoverlast.Voor een ontbijt van 15 € verwacht ik vers fruitsap en zacht gekookte eitjes. |

Alertheid personeel, vriendelijk maar niet opdringerig. Goede prijs kwaliteitsverhouding. Eerste avond uitstekend gegeten. Gehorigheid vanuit andere kamers en gang. Tweede avond met exact hetzelfde menu, lauw eten. Toen er na het hoofdgerecht melding van was gemaakt, was het met de appfelstrudel en 'warme' (koud dus) vanille saus niet anders. Jammer. |

De vriendelijke ontvangst en de ruime kamer. Plus de prettige ligging t.o.v. het openbaar vervoer. De extra [hoge] kosten om even op het internet wat op te zoeken/ iemand te mailen. |

Bereikbaarheid.Prijs Het is niet een kwestie van niet tevreden zijn.Wel vind ik dat met name het restuarant qua inrichting aan vernieuwiung toe is.De stoelen zijn hier en daar versleten.De wastafels op de kamers zijn wel erg klein. |
