We requested a refund for the 4 nights booked, but were offered only a refund for 3 nights, having to pay for the 1st night even though we did not stay there. It was a nice hotel to stay one night before travelling on the next day. The room is in need of renewal, also the bathroom. And maybe som aircondition would be nice.
