The service is absolutely excellent. They are very pro active. That people had to stand on the entrance to smoke (bad wheather). So you have to enter the hotel via a smoking screen. Not nice for non smokers. |

Excellent breakfast, free internet access with hotel's own PC. Secure car parking. Room very clean. Very good value with pre-paid rates. Staff all very helpful. Bathrooms are the worst-designed I've ever come across! There is a clear screen from the shower which means you can be seen from the bedroom in all your glory! The town is a bit of a dump with no restaurants you'd want to visit, but has regular tram service to Utrecht. Hotel food was good, but pricey, probably because 99% of the guests are spending their company's money rather than their own. |

Everything was great during the 3 days of our stay. Very good continental breakfast. The parking is in-loco and for free. We moved throughout The Netherlands by train or by car and every city is easily reachable. If you wish to go to Utrecht, there's a tram stop nearby. |

It was a very nice hotel, with new renovated rooms, a great breakfast, and a nice pool. It was very central located for exploring Holland. If you turn right and drive through the residential neighbourhood you get to a great local restaurant 1 km down the road, called Jacks. |

Very fine room and bathroom, helpfull staff,good parking and very good breakfast and nice price. There is no elevator from the parking to the Reception or/and floors. The steps are so comfortless |

The beautiful design and the delicious breakfast.We also enjoyed the big shower very much! The noise of the traffic passing by, when sleeping with open window. But that's what it is. |

Is a good hotel with a good buffet breakfast and free parking. the price is cheaper. Is far from Amsterdam 40 km but is near from highway and the trip is only 30 minutes. |

Excellent hotel, at least for the short periods I stay there.Very friendly staff. I thought the difference between the "privilage" rooms and normal rooms do not justify the price difference. |

Seems recently rennovated in a cool and modern style. Rooms are comfortable and clean. This hotel is close to a busy road, making it quite noisy. Swimming pool and sauna were a bit small. |

good breakfast buffet - nice parking still 20 mins drive by bus to the city centre - although lobby, bar etc. are recently renewed, rest of the hotel (most importantly the rooms) clearly needs some thorough refreshment |

The staff was very helpful and very pleasant. Always there to help the clients... Actually there could have been access to web via wifi in the rooms. But if needed access was possible at certain areas and free of charge using the pc of the hotel!!!! |

Free carparking. Comfortable beds. Was too far away from the centre of Utrecht to be called the "Utrecht Mercure" - this was misleading. Easily a 15 minute drive to the city centre and at least 25 minutes to get back because of the weird freeway system around Utrecht. |

Dit hotel scoort op alle gebied heel goed. Gemakkelijk bereikbaar, gratis ondergrondse parking, faciliteiten vroeg en laat open, vriendelijk personeel zonder te overdrijven,comfortabele kamer, lekker eten (hammetjes is een aanrader), ... Zeker geen klachten, enkel opmerking dat de sauna misschien iets warmer mag. |
