Mercure Schiphol Terminal

Très mauvais. Chambre pas nettoyée, linge sale et surtout chambre disponible à partir de 18h.....Aucun dépôt pour ses bagages. En fait le prix correspondait à une 1/2 journée. Indamissible.

Situation à l'intérieur de l'aéroport et calme de l'endroit la nuit.

L'heure du check in trop tardive. Devrait être à partir de 16:00hrs, non 18:00hrs.

The close proximity for my flight was the reason I chose this Hotel, so I did not have to rush around in the morning to drop off my rental car. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Going trough security 3 times, ones on entering the Airport, than standing in line the next morning to leave the airport only to stand in line again to reenter and drop of my luggage.

the location. As our flight was early in the morning we liked the fact not to think about the traffic and so had more time to rest

to do the check in we had to go out in order to repass security. As it was early in the morning it was ok but i would reconsider booking the Hotel if my flight is during traffic fluid

directly in terminal at airport, quite clean (but under Mercure standards), free wifi

rooms very small (have never seen something like this), staff only so-so, no additional equipment of room (would expect papers amnd pen at least)

The location is excellent for anyone who needs to make a flight connection or who needs to be at the airport very early in the morning for check in. No worries about a catching a hotel shuttle which adds more time to the trip and inconvenience

I liked the convenience, comfort, cleanliness, and facilities; the staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful.

There is no early check-in (because the rooms are also rented out during the day for travellers with layober) or luggage storage available since the hotel is in the transit area and very difficult to find. The late check-in should be specially mentioned in your offer. Otherwise it's convenient to get to your gate on your departurde day.

Great for basic stay. CleanMinimalistic, but good, comfortable. Strong WiFi. Great showers.

The nice widescreen lcd tv was not on a swivle/movable bracket, but was mounted flat on the wall. Made it difficult to watch from the bed.

room was modern & comfortable

having to go through passport control to go to the hotel, and then back out again in the morning, was a major inconvenience (especially with all our luggage)

The attitude of receptionist of the hotel was really disapointing.

Convenient, quiet, good TV, good toiletries in bathroom.

If you're staying at the airport I recommend citizenM over the Mercure. Like others, we noticed a discrepancy in check-in times but it really is 8pm which is just too late. The passport desk closes at 9:30 so the time window to check in is small. For international flights the security and immigration process still awaits you at the gate, so you don't save that much time by staying at the hotel. Upon check-in the staff was not very friendly. The room was OK, but it felt only superficially cleaned perhaps due to the daytime users. For a new facility the room seemed already to have lived a hard life. The hotel is nonsmoking but our room must have been near a break area or smoking room, as the bathroom smelled of smoke.
