Mercure Schiphol Terminal  

Lokalizacja, hotel jest w budynku lotniska - pozostaje jedna kontrola bagażu I już jesteśmy gotowi do odlotu. Na Schiphol to bardzo ważne.

Absolutny brak jakiejkolwiek informacji tzw "way finding" - pierwsza tabliczka pojawia się tuż przed samym hotelem. Musieliśmy wielokrotnie pytać na lotnisku a I nie wszyscy tam pracujący mieli świadomość istnienia hotelu.

Obviously the location seemed to be a plus as we had to leave very early to go back to Canada.

The check-in time was too late at 8 P.M. and it was very inconvenient not to be able to pay with visa. Three of our cards were refused, however we had no problem at anATM a few meters away from the hotel.

Convenient! Convenient! Convenient! Quiet and Comfortable. Friendly Staff.

Location if you need to take a flight early morning.

Room was cold when I arrived. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Location seems excellent - behind customs and security check, amidst shopping boulevard at Schiphol airport. Shower is amazing. Although the room is quite small, it's lay-out is well thought-out. 24H desk with helpful staff.

No windows. Bed had a bit of a sagging mattress. Please note the security check between departures 1 and 2 at Schiphol. If your flight leaves from gates b or c, you'll have to go through security check again, even though you're behind customs! I almost missed my flight because of that.

Very comfortable, nicely decorated and convenient. Very friendly staff.

1) No windows in the room. 2) Wasn't able to get a boarding pass at United at 9:00 pm and panicked because I had to go through security to get to the hotel. Luckily the Mareschaussee was helpful and let me through. You may want to alert passengers about this.

Really close at the airport, ask at the info point if you are lost. Very clean, good number of sockets, co you can charge everything, good wi-fi signal, quiet.

A bit overpriced- for a single room, no window, no possiblity to leave the luggage at hotel after 9, early check out- one can not stay longer, hence I think it is overpriced.

Queríamos um lugar próximo ao aeroporto (conexão de 12h), e o q poderia ser melhor do q ficar dentro do aeroporto? Quarto espaçoso, ótimo banheiro/ We wanted a place near the airport ´cause we had a 12h conection, and what would be better than inside the airport? Big room, great bathroom.

The shower drain do not support the amount of water of the shower. We almost had a flood!/O Ralo do chuveiro não suportava a quantidade de água do chuveiro. Quase tivemos uma inundação!

Very convenient for the airport. Right beside the international departures.

It was confortable stay one night and easy to take my next flight so early in the morning. I was just there. Perfect! Nice idea!

Our reasons for choosing Mercure Schiphol was convenience in catching a morning flight for the U.S. and the reasonable price. We were very pleased on both points. This is definitely a "no frills" hotel but all we needed for our purposes. Clean, comfortable and convenient.

In-room coffee/tea maker would have been nice.

Excellent location if you have a very early flight to catch. The rooms have no windows, which means there is `no daylight. I knew that would be the case but still it was akward when waking up. No problem though.
