Perfect location, swift check-in and good overall room quality. The bed mattresses and linen seemed a bit old and need changing. |

The close proximity for my flight was the reason I chose this Hotel, so I did not have to rush around in the morning to drop off my rental car. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Going trough security 3 times, ones on entering the Airport, than standing in line the next morning to leave the airport only to stand in line again to reenter and drop of my luggage. |

(1) difficult to find - address should detail which Terminal building it is located within. (2) difficult to access - Was stopped at security gate from entering departure hall since our flight was for the following day, however we were eventually let in. (3) very limited occupation times - 6pm enter and 9am vacation time is insufficient (should be 20-24 hour period). (4) hotel does not advise on flight terminals and flight times - this should be std requirement for hotel based in airport! |

the location. As our flight was early in the morning we liked the fact not to think about the traffic and so had more time to rest to do the check in we had to go out in order to repass security. As it was early in the morning it was ok but i would reconsider booking the Hotel if my flight is during traffic fluid |

It was convenient as I arrived late and was leavinng early from the station. It was a better value for money proposition than any other option It is poorly signposted from within the d gate arrivals and I walked for at least 20 minutes at 11h40pm! |

directly in terminal at airport, quite clean (but under Mercure standards), free wifi rooms very small (have never seen something like this), staff only so-so, no additional equipment of room (would expect papers amnd pen at least) |

It took one hour to find the hotel. No signposts and no one at the Airport had ever heard of it. The receptionist was the rudest person I have ever met and it was overpriced. Overall the worst hotel expierience of my life. I would avoid this hotel. |

The location is excellent for anyone who needs to make a flight connection or who needs to be at the airport very early in the morning for check in. No worries about a catching a hotel shuttle which adds more time to the trip and inconvenience |

so very convenient, quiet and clean. staff very, very helpful. only that it was hard to locate in the airport which is so large that airport workers seemed to have trouble giving us directions. |

the designe of the room,cleaness,comfort,location no breakfest,you need to cross passport control and re cross in the morning they need to creat direct acssess from/to the main lobby of the airport |

There is no early check-in (because the rooms are also rented out during the day for travellers with layober) or luggage storage available since the hotel is in the transit area and very difficult to find. The late check-in should be specially mentioned in your offer. Otherwise it's convenient to get to your gate on your departurde day. |

Centrally located at Schipol..... however, located thru customs area not in the commons area of the schipol area.... Passport stamped 14 times going thru customs each time.... |

Great for basic stay. CleanMinimalistic, but good, comfortable. Strong WiFi. Great showers. The nice widescreen lcd tv was not on a swivle/movable bracket, but was mounted flat on the wall. Made it difficult to watch from the bed. |

I was only there for 5 hours (but had planned on being there for about 9 hours. I was not aware of its location behind security and customs. I actually went to the other Mercure hotel by bus and then came back to Schipol airport. In addition the following morning I had to go through customs and security again to get to my flight in Terminal B to Frankfurt. |

room was modern & comfortable having to go through passport control to go to the hotel, and then back out again in the morning, was a major inconvenience (especially with all our luggage) |

Convinient, and clean. No 24 hours room-service/restaurant. The information about how to get into the hotel location after 11:30 PM is not clear. Non responsive. I sent email several times on this - but no reply whatsoever. |

Convenient, quiet, good TV, good toiletries in bathroom. If you're staying at the airport I recommend citizenM over the Mercure. Like others, we noticed a discrepancy in check-in times but it really is 8pm which is just too late. The passport desk closes at 9:30 so the time window to check in is small. For international flights the security and immigration process still awaits you at the gate, so you don't save that much time by staying at the hotel. Upon check-in the staff was not very friendly. The room was OK, but it felt only superficially cleaned perhaps due to the daytime users. For a new facility the room seemed already to have lived a hard life. The hotel is nonsmoking but our room must have been near a break area or smoking room, as the bathroom smelled of smoke. |

It was clean and efficient ... easily located for anyone in Terminal 3 and helpful desk staff Were not told when checking in that there is a 9 am checkout (unusually early) and that they rent the rooms twice a day .. one for day users and another for night users.. confusing and more expensive than alterantives at the Schiphol airport |

Convenient The check in time printed on my internet hotel confirmation was not correct so I had to sit around and wait 2 hours before the hotel staff member would let me check in. Also the convenient internet that was advertised was not working |

Très mauvais. Chambre pas nettoyée, linge sale et surtout chambre disponible à partir de 18h.....Aucun dépôt pour ses bagages. En fait le prix correspondait à une 1/2 journée. Indamissible. |
