nice reception lady. No breakfast, but pizza shop and bar and Big M just 2 minutes away on the same level. a bit difficult to find, even i studied the layout of schiphol airport.

Convenience, being within airport Very hard to find. It took an hour from landing to find the Hotel as there were no signs to it in the Arrivals part of the airport and no one available to ask directions. Schipol is the worst airport for directions I have ever had the misfortune to use.

You can't beat the location of this hotel. It is behind customs! I got my boarding pass and went through customs. Woke up and walked to my gate for an 8:15 flight. Fabulous! It is not especially luxurious but you don't go for the luxury.

fair cleaned room,helpfull staff. The hotel is situated after passport control so we had our passport checked 4 times just to get in and out of the hotel to the airport lounge.We paid 104 euro for a room without windows no breakfast and check in time 18:00 to 09:00 (hotel policie).They resell the room in between for shower or 7 hour sleep.

Neat,clean ,value for money. Hotel is after the customs, So you need to keep the check-in baggages in the lockers till check-in is possible for your flight. After your night's stay,you have to come out through the arrival gate for baggage check-in. It is really troublesome.

Internally, including room, good stayed overnight before morning flight and had to check out thru' exit of airport then come back in thru' security, etc to check in at airline desk/drop luggage so NOT quick or convenient!

location on the airport is the best kept secret. functional rooms, with enough space for babybed. Good bathroom, beds. Comfortable & clean. We stayed to catch an early flight the next morning from Schiphol - Unfortunately, it is not possible to drop-off luggage at the airline the day before departure! This means, going through customs twice again in the morning. Worth the effort, but not if you are packed with suitcases and young children ;-)

The hotel is inside the airport terminal which is a big plus, specially for travellers with out a schengen visa. The room is more spacious than the other alternative available on the terminal. The bed is awesome, you will forget the journey tiredness once you are on the bed. Klm lounge is just on right & food court is on left side. Reservation through Booking.com helped a lot as it allowed to checkin at 6pm. Those who booked directly on mercure site had to wait till 8pm. Total cost is 99 euro + tax which came around 104 euro. So if you are two then Mercure Schipol Terminal Hotel is idle option. Drinking water & tv is charged extra. Coffee/Tea in room is for one time use. At least drinking water should be provided for free...
