The location is perfect if youre going to a concert in 013= very close. That was the only reason to choose this hotel. Most of the staff were acting and looking at us like we dont belong there, just because the restaurant was "full" with 4 buisness men. It took 10 minutes to get the bill while we were in a hurry to go= very annoying. Also when we came back at 1:00 at night we had to wait outsite for someone to open the doors and he asked us if we had a room in the hotel after giving us a very dirty look, like he couldnt believe that we actually had a room there!!! Parking is not free, even thought their own website gives you the impression that it is. Also the room is not worth the price, i have been in far better 4* hotels for a lot less money and the staff was the worst thing for me for giving us strange looks the whole time, very rude. Room service is only till 22:00. What a joke, any good 4* hotels have room service 24/7!!! Room sevice is for when youre very tired, didnt had the time to eat at a restaurant and you want to eat in your room possibly after 22:00. But of course this wasnt possible here, which of course is ridiculous. I cant even remember another time i was in a 4* hotel with room service and it only was till 22:00.

The position was in the centre of the city The standard Hotel rooms look out over a disco / bar which is very noisy and we had to pay 25 Euros to get an upgrade to a room at the back of the Hotel. If you stay dont book a standard room!

Location of hotel is excellent & staff are extremly helpful. There is a disco accross the street which is open until 4:00am! So, you need to ask for a room towards the square to avoid being woken up in the night.

The high class rooms are perfect! Watch out, there are regular (older) rooms too. Rain shower, nice lights,.... Free WiFi if requested or checked in by foursquare. Close to very nice bars and restaurants. Close to 'Efteling' park and 'Beekse Bergen' park. (By car or bus) Some noise from the bars in the middle of the night if your room faces the street.

The Staff were always most helpful and when we arrived early to ask if we could book our cases in until our room was ready, they got us booked in right away. Perfectly situated for Shops, Restaurants & Bars. We didn't like the noise from other residents closing their room doors late at night, it seemed to carry through the building! Breakfast should be in with the room price.

Good size comfortable room, convenient bar/restaurant It's location is not in a quiet area. This is not a fault of the hotel but the presence of many bars with outside seating around the hotel with people making noise until late into the night is not good.

Superb location. Very lively street with shops, bars and cafes. It is full of people until morning because of the bars and cafees. But don't be afraid, if you close the windows, you will not hear anything from outside. Very comfortable beds in the room. Breakfast was very good... Also great staff, always smiling faces... Highly recommended!!

Good location This hotel is quoted to be a 4 star, but I would rate it is as a 2 star. Very basic hotel with 4 star prices. Never again.

I booked a standard room, but got an upgrade to a priviledge room. Not surprisingly, I really liked that. The room was very nice, with a rain- shower and a control panel for remote control the lights, tv, and sunblind. The room was very clean and calm. The bed was very comfortable. There was absolutely nothing to complain about the room. Also, the breakfast was delicious. Some of the personnel could have been a little more friendly. But that's a minor thing.

Comfortable, spacious, quiet room overlooking downtown and convenient to restaurants, shops and mass transit. Public areas of the hotel had a peculiar odor like spoiled cabbage.

I liked the location of this hotel. And Tilburg is a very nice town. I was expecting something more. I've got wrong information for my reservation. I don't know whose fault is it. I booked an executive double room and I wanted my kid (5 years old) to sleep also in the doubble bed. But instead I stayed in regular double room with an extra bed for my kid. I also booked a room 5 times better from this one in West Cord Hotel Amsterdam for the same amount of money.

The exclusive room was comfortable . As the hotel was booked up, for the 2nd night I had to change my room to standart and it was really poor quality. There was around 30 euro price different but the quality difference was definetely more.

The staff were, for the most part, agreeable and smiling. The location offered all the basic needs like eating out, shopping, and transport. You do not offer a room for people with a handicaps and I was using crutches after a fall. When I extended my stay one more day (which was a Saturday evening into Sunday) I should have been offered a room at the price I had for the previous evening, but it was charged over 25 euros more.

Prijs ontbijtbuffet is buiten proportie.
