Great location, lovely room, great rain shower, comfy bed

Coffee machine instead of kettle that didnt work

Good location, just 300 meters from 013 poppodium.

The bar is closing after midnight.

I have never met such nice staff- they couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel location is excellent too

Decor of the rooms is dated, and I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

There was a club across the street that was up and running until 3 am. I know it's not your company but it woke me up and I couldn't go back to sleep until the club shut down.

Location was great! Front Desk Staff was very accommodating in making sure we were only charged one night stay. We had changed our reservation with Booking.com from 2 nights to one night on I believe December 16th 2012 and Murcure Tilburg had not been made aware. Once I showed my e-mail sent to Booking.com they modified my reservation and bill. I hope I was creditied to my American Express if not please do ASAP! This situation not being resolved with reservation in a timely manner. My wife and I booked complete 20 day Europe vacation with Booking.com and if we do not get satisfactory results we will not use Booking.com again. Our reservation in Copenhagen Denmark was also changed to one night from 2 and I trust those adjustments were made and credit to my American Express submitted. Central location close to main shopping area, cafés and restaurants. Easily accessible from Central Station by 10 minute walk or public transport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out efficient and quick. Would certainly return.

Breakfast is poor gezien de prijs. Should be richer for a 4* hotel.

Staff was very helpful. Also the view was perfect. Very close to the shopping area.

"Double" was twin beds shoved together with a gap in the middle. Completely unsatisfactory.

Excellent location right in the centre of Tilburg. Good choice of different types of restaurants within easy walking distance. No nonsense rooms, but clean and adequately furnished.

It faces the main square, and can be noisy if there is an event going on in the Square.

Stayed in a privilege room which was very well appointed.Room at rear of hotel very quiet good nights rest!

Room lighting was very subdued could be a problem for someone with poor eyesight.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A credit to the Accor gorup.

The bedroom lighting system and coffee making facilities - a triumph of style over practicality. Quite irritating and I imagined many hotel guests getting equally frustrated trying to figure out how to put the lights out or make a cup of coffee!

The food was excellent both at breakfast & dinner, the staff were very friendly & efficient and our bathroom, particularly the shower was brilliant.

Our room was very small for a four star, though the bed was comfortable.

That it was in te centre of the city

I found te accomodation way to shaggy for te money I was paying everything looked old esspecially the bathroom was old and looked dirty. I would have been fine with it though if I was paying 70 euro per night with breakfast included. But it cost me € 107 euro without breakfast, breakfast would have been 18,95 euro which is far to expensive to my opinion.

The location was central.

Certainly don't deserve a 4 star rating. Three at best. Needs refurbishment. No air conditioning. Noisy. No vegetables at breakfast but a lot of flies! Difficult to get to car park.

The hotel had a good location for as train travelers and was clean and friendly.

Good quality for little money, free WiFi, right in the centre.

Their Privilege rooms are 5 star quality for a price of 4 star.

They made me feel most welcome throughout my stay. The room they provided couldn't have been better position. Excellent breakfast buffet. Really nice venue to spent a weekend break & I will return there the next time I go back.

Can't think of anything much. Maybe a little pricey but its got to be the best hotel in Tilburg so you get what you pay for. It wouldn't put me off returning there.

Location couldn't be faulted, overlooking popular centre

My window wouldn't stay open, so was very stuffy especially when the sun hit.

Staff were very pleasant spoke excellent English and were very helpful. very close to lots of bars and restaurants.

Can be noisy late into the night as some rooms overlook a sqaure with an adjacent street with lots of bars. Car park has a tight entrance. Hotel access is on the 8th level so park there not lower down, Reception access is down via a lift.
