the room was clean, dinner reasonably good, location is convenient for travelling but nothing else appallingly sloppy service in bar, so much so that people were betting on whether anyone would even show up to serve us all. lifts don't work |

I always stay at this hotel because it is perfect located. But it could be better in many ways..... The breakfast is too expensive for what it is. So decided not to have it anymore. Would be perfect if they could offer the breakfast included on the price or at a reasonable price. |

The staff were nice, food (bar food) large portions, very tasty Placement of the toilet, quiet uncomfortable, breakfast service was a bit slow and food over cooked, no toast available. |

De begroeting van het pesrsoneel. Van de schoonmaakster tot de manager. Goede ligging. De badkamer had een vieze geur, vooral bij het badkamer douche putje. Ook een afdruk van een sigaret op het bed vond ik vies. |

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel en van de duty manager die alle begrip had voor de problemen maar met een oude situatie zat.. De rolstoeltoegankelijke kamer waarvoor ik kwam (en waar ik nog telefonisch naar had geinformeerd) was slecht: douchezitje zonder beugels, kraan onbereikbaar: onmogelijk om zelfstandig te douchen!! Spiegel boven wastafel veel te hoog, beugels naast toilet gammel, ruimte aan één zijde van het bed te smal voor rolstoel, waardoor er geen 2 rolstoelgebruikers kunnen logeren, de "sleutel"moest vaak in het slot voor de deur geopend werd en de deur was erg zwaar te openen vanuit de rolstoel.... |

De medewerkster receptie. De Duty Manager. De medewerkster restaurant, De jongeman van de bar 's avonds! Hij kon niet tappen! Gebruikte geen viltje en zette het glas bier druipend voor me neer. Ik grapte nog 'daar zijn nu viltjes voor' waarop hij antwoordde: 'boeien' en keek me vervolgens niet meer aan. Dook meteen weer in zijn studieboek. Drama! |
