The hotel is in the middle of the city centre, very good location. We stayed in a superior room which was very well presented and spacious. Nice buffet for breakfast.

No water boiler available for tea (only nespresso for coffee) in the room. Half open bathroom.

Location, quality of room.

Breakfast was ok but a bit unimaginative, no eggs. I have had far better breakfasts at far cheaper hotels.

The location is fabulous! Located about 100 meters from the main square in Sittard. There are 20 restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Being in Brunssum for business it was well worth staying out here due to the variety of options available after the working day. Parking was conviently located underground and was connected to the hotel. Hotel breakfast was fairly standard for Europe. Eggs available on request and the cheese/meat/fruit/cereal/coffee options that you would expect anywhere. This hotel is built out of an old monastary and has a lot of character. If I have business in Brunssum again I'll be staying in Sittard.

The hotel bar had a large selection of liquor but was much more expensive that the bars just 100 meters away in the square.

Close to the train station and located in the heritage place like old church and Oude Market

Nothing as a hotel is very good but the city itself is quite only in Thursday the shops open until 9:00 PM

The location, the room, the helpful staff, the room amenities, the building - simply everything. Will definitely stay there again if i'm in the area

no option of warm meal for breakfast but that is just a minor issue...

The rooms are excellent. Spacious, well decorated and wonderful beds.

The bed sleeps OK, but the top mattresses slide away. It would be easy to make this more comfortable.

Parking was not marked, so I just went to check in and they explained.... and it was very easy process.

-Smell in corridor form garage to hotel -Dust and water stains in bathroom -Shower water running out off shower on floor creating dangerous, slippery situation. -Empty minibar -Missing information about hotel in room like breakfast time, bar openings, laundry etc -Missing Sittard City and nice to visit information -Loosing all electricity in room when removing card ouut slot. Including power above coffee/ work table resulting in not being able to recharge phone etc while not in room unless you use one of your own credit cards and fake the system by inserting it in the power slot. -Over friendlyness of blond reception girl. Friendly is good, too friendly is discusting. - In general not 4 star worthy

Staff are Great and very helpfully, Rooms are wide and big enough and full of day light.

Breakfast is limited.

This is a Hotel working hard to provide a high end service. It clearly stands above it's competition. Service, Location & Comfort!

the food has to come from another hotel in the street , so it can take several time, and warm food can't be hot anymore...

Staff very frienly and helpful. Close to the old city centre, interesting churches to visit, lovely market and walk on old city walls Very secure parking!! Good breakfast in what had been the nun's refectory. (Hotel is situated in an old convent which is beautifully and respectfully restored and renovated, adjacent to a beautiful pilgrimage church)

Not much really. Hotel has no reataurant but snacks and bites are available at the bar at all times and good restaurant De Limbourg is around the corner

The room accommodation and comfort, the lovely staff and their overwhelmingly welcoming gestures, at reception and the eating place, and what a people and what a place, no noise of any kind of pollutions.

Far away from where I come from..

the staff was very helpfull, printed out maps ( our GPS did not work well) and were always smiling , kind and professionel. the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the spacious room and the beautiful interior decoration. I personally would have liked a little more privacy in the bathroom, but the trend is to have this open space I know! the breakfast was ok, the staff there was very young and inexperienced, but they really did their best . The hotel had only been open for 2 weeks. We would like to come again!

Hotel had only been opened one week before our visit but everything, well almost everything, was in order. High quality finishings, very stylish, excellent breakfast buffet and all supported by brilliant, welcoming and extremely helpful staff

No restaurant in the building - this is located at a sister hotel, Hotel Luxemburg, 150+ metres away on the main square of Sittard which rules out use of a baby phone
