The staff were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble, we had a very enjoyable stay and the location was ideal for our purposes. We all enjoyed our stay there There is little I could fault the hotel on, maybe a more comfortable seating area downstairs would have been nice but all in all it was a pleasant experience |

The hotel is uncomplicated, good value for the money and the staff is very friendly I only don' t lile the smell of the fried eggs at breakfast. It stays on your clothes! |

The hotel is 25 mins of walking distance from city center; a bit inconvenient as I needed to arrive in city center every morning by 9 during my visit. However, I got to cycle through the beautiful lanes and parks, which made the trip much less of a hassle and even enjoyable. Besides, the hotel owner is so very friendly and truly cares about the comforts of her guests. |

Even though I enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it did breathe an atmosphere of general shabbiness that extended all the way to the breakfast buffet. That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful. |

Good breakfast, comfortable bed, next to McDonald's if that is what you want. Outside appearance was deceiving, however, thought we would be closer to middle of Middelburg. Had to take a taxi, or rent a car. No dining except to preorder. It was much cheaper that some others. |

Bed was okay. The rooms are very dark and old. There is no tub around the shower so you flood the bathroom. No hairdryer. The assortment at the breakfast was poor. To expensive for that comfort. I felt that are two stars not three stars. |

It was well positioned with regards to visiting friends in Holland and the main town of Middelburg. The area was quiet and very relaxing. I would like tea and coffee facilities in the room e.g. a kettle etc. but other than that would not change a thing, it was very nice. |

Easy access from motorway, friendliness of the staff. Bathroom quite cold (no heating system). Room quite cold also, heat system was not perfect. |

Makkelijk te bereiken, niet zo ver van het centrum, volop gratis parkeerruimte, ruime kamer, extra hoofdkussens in de kast, goed verzorgd ontbijt. Het ziet er van buiten vervallen en verveloos uit, de kamer stonk naar verschraalde sigarenrook, de bedden zijn slecht en de gangen zien er niet uit. |
