The location and service

Very nice hotel. Very clean, nice swimming pool and the staff is very helpful. It also has a bowling alley and during the night is lots of fun!

You need a car to be at the hotel

Good restaurant, excellent wifi connection.

mini bar sometimes a little bit noisy. But since it is off after 22.00 it's no problem; on the ground floor it is not possible to open any window for the night (only the door to the terras).

I hate papercups in the bedroomin stead of normal ones

As we were hardly in the hotel we could not give a proper review. Room was amazing and would stay there again and maybe stay a bit longer.

The price for drinks and food was a bit steep. We also had to wait till 3pm to check in when we arrived at 12pm.

very nice hotel, kind and helpful staff, swimming pool, taras. I'm grateful for the opportunity to stay 1 day more with the special price!

Very good Breakfast for the price ( 15 euro), big and comfortable Room Teleio prwino! Terastio kai aneto krevatti!

Very dangerous the night outside from the hotel, I found my car brocken the next day. The police was not coming, I had to go there. Ekana to lahtos na min parkarw sto parking tou ksenodoxeiou alla 100 metra apo to ksenodoxeio opou vriskotan ena anoixto parking se ena gipedo, opou vriskotan polla autokinita parkarismena. To prwi vrika to autokinito mou opou eixan spasei to pisw tzami kai eixan klepsei mia omprela kai mia mikri valitsa adeia. I astinomia den erxotan dioti auto einai sinithismeno stin olandia kai den thewreitai eglima.

Friendly staff and decent food.

The description of the facilities in Booking.com does not correspond to the reality. The hotel is pretty worn-out, the breakfast is a low-budget hotels alike. The location is nice, though the facility needs some refurbishment work.

Clean, good rooms. A lot of facilities available.

FAr away from the city. Possible to take a bus, however infrequent. Had to wait 40 minutes for a taxi.

The staff were excellent and our rooms were overlooking the lake at groundfloor with our own patio - great for the smokers in our party! Our daugher had recently broken her ankle and before we arrived we had been in email conversation with the hotel and they allocated convenient rooms - Thanks PS my contact details should say the town where I live is CRAWLEY!

There was a problem with the room heating in our building which could not be resolved because the engineers do not work weekends! This was reolved by the staff offering a room exchange and extra duvets and complimentary bath robes! Breakfasts are expensive at 15 Euros each so take care to tell the breakfast waiting staff that you only want a continental or you'll be charged 15 e for coffee and toast. (This did happen but the costs were refunded on check-out)
