comfort hotel was not busy, we were given a standard room with 2 single beds, I booked a queen or double at the very least. I asked to be moved, we were to a king superieor room with an additional charge but asked to be moved again as we were facing the road. Finaly after 3 rooms we were given a room that was very nice. |

Relaxing sitting on the decking overlooking the lake Noise through the thin walls and ceiling, people walking in corridors and overhead were quite noticeable |

Hotel has a nice location in the green area, at the same time it ,s not far from city center - you can go there by your foot, without any transport. The second thing what I liked - excellent breakfast with prosecco! And their staff is good too, with smiling faces and ready for any help. So, next time when I will go to Holland, I'll stay at this nice hotel again. I liked everything. |

We enjoyed our stay in hotel Mitland. The staff was very kind and helful. The food was excellent. Our requests have been met. The rooms were very comfortable. The location is more than perfect. One can enjoy the wonderful park and go to the city center by bus which is very close. It is also very close to Utrecht University college for parents who want to visit their children. The environment and the cafeterial despite the expensiveness of their food. It would be very good if all rooms would be fitted with at least a table fan.My booking was for a luxurious room but for a reason best known to the lady who booked me in I was allocated to room 688 and I nearly roasted to death from heat. Thanks to the night staff who changed it for me to assist me to have few hours sleep |

Relaxed atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff; comfortable surroundings; lovely view from room; no language difficulty as we do not speak Dutch. We have already recommended this hotel to our family in England and abroad. |

Friendly, helpful staff, good rooms with excellent bathrooms and generally very well equipped with good range of products including bathrobes and slippers. Did not feel we should have to pay to park car at hotel, as there is no public service close and for foreign travellers such as us, the car is essential. |

The food was very good, especially breakfast. The room was excellent and the surroundings peaceful. Wifi internet was a little expensive. Many hotels have free wifi these days. |

The location on the lake was quite lovely, we enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace. The room was good with plenty of space and equipped with everything one might need. The swimming pool was very well situated with a view of the lake. The cost of overnight parking. |

As a lone business traveller I usually feel uncomfortable eating my evening meal in the restaurant on my own. This hotel had high tables near the bar where you could work on your laptop, have a meal and not feel lonely. |

- Excellent Breakfast. - Helpful personal. - Comfortable bed. - Indoor swiming pool (rather smal though). - Quite (very good). - Green surrounding. - Plenty of space inside room and at the entire hotel as whole. - Very nice tv-sets. - Internet not free and expensive. - Distance to the city centre. - Taxi trip to the centre cost about 14 € one way. - Few english spoken TV-channels. |

Quite, plenty of space in the rooms, lobby and other places. I expect the hotel to be even better in summer time with surronding water and green areas. Very nice indoor swimming pool/sauna bath. The hotel is more suitable for guests with own car. Though their is a buss, but the bus stop is not very near. Far from beautiful parts of Utrecht. |

Very nice facilities and food. Kind, helpful staff. Hotel is a bit far from Utrecht city center but many busses will tke you into town. I used bus 4 to travel into town. Would have liked free wireless but we used the free wired internet with our laptop |

International ambiance, spacious room, nice view from the room on the fortress, good food in the brasserie, sufficient parking space (not for free however) It is somewhat difficult to get there by car, especially in the dark. |
