Algo alejado de la ciudad, a unos 15 - 20 minutos a pie... te alquilan una bici en el hotel por 15 Euros, el parking vale 7,50 euros y el hotel es carito (120 Eurazos), pero es todo caro en la ciudad y este está muy bien... muy romantico el lago del hotel con sus cisnes... |

Lo que mas me ha gustado ha sido el entorno natural y la tranquilidad En recepcion no estaban muy informados de localizacion de puntos de interes. No supieron indicarme donde habia cerca de utrecht molinos tipicos de holanda, ni un famoso bar de rock en utrecht. No disponen de mapas de holanda. |

bolera, acceso a internet con el tv habitacion, aparcamiento, el desayuno, la dificil localizacion , estube 80 minutos buscando el hotel gacias a buena gente lo encontre pero no sabian ni como indicarmelo del lugar donde esta al final un buen becino me acompaño con su coche |

The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The only reason I gave a "good" instead of excellent is the restaurant staff at breakfast were just okay. The breakfast was excellent with large variety of fresh options. The beds are very comfortable and I was happy to have coffee in the room. The setting is lovely and just close enough to town for easy access. Free internet in the loft off the lobby was helpful, too. Very nice hotel - our second stay there and we will be back. the card used for access to the parking lot did not work half the time. |

the room we hired was large, comfortable,and lakeview. breakfast was rvery rich (included in room rate).other meals we had in the hotel were very good and the price reasonable the price for parking was reasonable too. we have one note about your guide to the hotel: there is no way from Sartreweg to Arienslaan as suggested by you. the only way to get to the hotel is from Biltse Rading. |

The rooms having terraces jutting onto the lake made it a relaxing venue. It's location makes it ideal for visiting Utrecht as it is close enough to the centre without the city centre hassle. Paying for the carpark seems excessive given the room rates. |

The hotel restaurant is very good and the staff are excellent. The hotel is a long walk to any bus stop and is not near any restaurants. They had a problem with their electricity and it took over 12 hours to have it repaired. They also had problems with their computer system at checkout therefore I had to wait for my bill to come in the mail. However, the staff were very nice during the entire incident and were very helpful. |

A comfortable, traditional and quietly relaxing hotel for adults with relaxing public areas inside and out, a good brasserie menu, nice simple leisure facilities - swimming pool, sauna and steam room - and friendly helpful staff. The room was simple but comfortable, generously sized with seating and large flat screen TV. The bathroom was generously sized with a separate shower and nice toiletries, towels. The breakfast was excellent. |

Attractive surroundings and public areas. They failed to honour the room we booked and the alternatives were not acceptable. Their policy of allowing smoking within the hotel is also unacceptable as it affects guests in adjacent rooms. |

very nice reception staff, very clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, nice food availability, cool facilities (didn't do bowling but wish I had)- there are rooms with airco but you have to take the "superior" room at higher cost... Minibar drink was warm- they didn't make me pay though... paid parking, though not expensive, seems inappropriate - not the hotel's fault, but i had lousy mobile/no 3g reception in my room... |

Nice room, beautiful view over lake (but you need to upgrade to get the view). It was noisy at night with people drinking by the lake until 3 am. |
