Ubicato in zona tranquilla, belle le parti comuni, camere accoglienti e pulite, ottima la colazione (per noi compresa nell'offerta). In generale nulla, forse solo la distanza dal centro non semplice da raggiungere se non avete l'auto. Parcheggi in città cari ma sicuramente convenienti quelli custoditi. |

Buona la posizione, non lontana dal centro, ma al'interno di un parco.Camere con belle vetrate verso il parco, ristorante e bar confortevoli. Cucina accettabile ( in relazione al Paese!) E' un po' impersonale... |

magnifica struttura che si posa davanti ad un laghetto di ninfee.....cosa dire di piu?colazione da favola(cé'il cuoco che prepara a richiesta pancake e uova),ristorante impeccabile.si mangia bene ed il servizio e'eccellente.per andare ad utrecht fuori l'hotel cé'la fermata dell''autobus,ma se si vuole rimanere in albergo cé'la piscina e la sauna con solarium.insomma eún albergo da vivere nessun aspetto negativbo |

Cercate di dare informazioni corrette e aggiornate. All'arrivo la mia prenotazione non era valida in quanto è stato fatto overbooking, e siamo dovuti andare dall'altra parte della città per pernottare la prima notte, e poi tornare indietro le restanti notti! |

The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The only reason I gave a "good" instead of excellent is the restaurant staff at breakfast were just okay. The breakfast was excellent with large variety of fresh options. The beds are very comfortable and I was happy to have coffee in the room. The setting is lovely and just close enough to town for easy access. Free internet in the loft off the lobby was helpful, too. Very nice hotel - our second stay there and we will be back. the card used for access to the parking lot did not work half the time. |

the room we hired was large, comfortable,and lakeview. breakfast was rvery rich (included in room rate).other meals we had in the hotel were very good and the price reasonable the price for parking was reasonable too. we have one note about your guide to the hotel: there is no way from Sartreweg to Arienslaan as suggested by you. the only way to get to the hotel is from Biltse Rading. |

The rooms having terraces jutting onto the lake made it a relaxing venue. It's location makes it ideal for visiting Utrecht as it is close enough to the centre without the city centre hassle. Paying for the carpark seems excessive given the room rates. |

The hotel restaurant is very good and the staff are excellent. The hotel is a long walk to any bus stop and is not near any restaurants. They had a problem with their electricity and it took over 12 hours to have it repaired. They also had problems with their computer system at checkout therefore I had to wait for my bill to come in the mail. However, the staff were very nice during the entire incident and were very helpful. |

A comfortable, traditional and quietly relaxing hotel for adults with relaxing public areas inside and out, a good brasserie menu, nice simple leisure facilities - swimming pool, sauna and steam room - and friendly helpful staff. The room was simple but comfortable, generously sized with seating and large flat screen TV. The bathroom was generously sized with a separate shower and nice toiletries, towels. The breakfast was excellent. |

Attractive surroundings and public areas. They failed to honour the room we booked and the alternatives were not acceptable. Their policy of allowing smoking within the hotel is also unacceptable as it affects guests in adjacent rooms. |

very nice reception staff, very clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, nice food availability, cool facilities (didn't do bowling but wish I had)- there are rooms with airco but you have to take the "superior" room at higher cost... Minibar drink was warm- they didn't make me pay though... paid parking, though not expensive, seems inappropriate - not the hotel's fault, but i had lousy mobile/no 3g reception in my room... |
