The access to the city centre via the hotel shuttle to the train station is a nice feature. As a suggestion it would be a nice touch to have umbrellas in the lobby that guest could borrow. |

An excellent and safe location, especially for those driving into Amsterdam looking for safe parking thazt costs about 48 euros a day. Panoramic location with very professional staff. A good start to a visit of Holland. The hotel should really have a swimming pool. |

Location: close enough to city center and not crowed. Big rooms and big hotel generally speaking: not really saturated with people even at peak periods -exception: breakfast Nice and modern design but ugly works of art. Filthy room not well taken care of: careless room-service and no vacumm cleaning at all. Over-busy staff specially at breakfast time. Breakfast restaurant not properly serviced: always missing food. |

New looking hotel with great views, relatively convenient to city centre. Comfortable, large rooms. Breakfast was a debacle. Hundreds of people, and having to wait for a table to be available. Staff did their best but just overwhelmed. Food kept running out. Let the hotel down. |

Nice moden hotel above the passenger terminal <10 min work from the Central station. I have standard room and it is spacious with modern deco. Staff is efficient but not very friendly. But that my impression for the whole trip. |

the panoramic views were spectacular, good idea how Amsterdam is going to Previous reliable information for parking. the location though-not bad for us, because we were traveling with own bikes, there was no possibilities to park our car in the area and we had to spend a lot o money on the garage, too much. Good if prior info on that |

Free shuttle to Amsterdam central is nice since walking takes approx 15 min. The room had a nice view overlooking the city. Too expensive breakfast. |

The staff were the friendliest I have experienced in 35 years of travel. We had an excellent Sunday Breakfast at a discount rate from the hotel, after asking the restaurant staff. The hotel is very handy fro river cruises and other cruises departing from Amsterdam. The access to the city was a bit inconvenient and roundabout. We were not told of breakfast discount that was available on check-in. |

View of the city and harbor were fantastic. The breakfast was also excellent: wide variety and good quality. The hotel is not exactly in the heart of the city but close enough while offering space and luxury which otherwise you would probably would not get. Parking and the extra bed are both ridiculously expensive @ eur 35 and eur 40 per night respectively!! The beds were way too hard and uncomfortable. We asked for an extra duvets on the mattress and slept on those and it was still not giving us a good night's rest. |

Loved the view from my room at 17 th floor over the IJ river and city , cleanliness and the room was quite big, enough space to walk around. Breakfast was delicious and plenty where from to choose. Staff also was helpfull when needed.I would recommend this hotel also to my friends. Didnt`t like that they had to move me from 20 th floor, the executive floor, to 17 th just because they didn t have anymore a room with bath and queen size bed like i asked when booked. You should pay more attention when someone books an executive room and pays a bunch of money for it! |

The room size and its apparent comfort. The bus facility to the train stattion and driver were excellent. The staff we encountered, at least three of them, could use more customer relations training |

Excellent location! Views over the water and onto the arriving cruise ships is just fantastic. The hotel is not directly in the center, but a 4-5 minute walk from the main railway station. 5 star de luxe comfort for a very acceptable price! |
