酒店房间很宽敞、两张床都很大，似乎是1.2M一张的，早知这样都不用加床了（还多付了钱）；四星的标准配备很完善；超大窗景看海很方便和惬意；TV- 提供英文频道和少数中文频道，还有较新的电影可以点播，才5-6欧一部，很划算；SPA免费提供两个干蒸的桑拿和休息室，连接着健身房，每天回去后去去很爽；免费WIF- I，每四小时重新设置一次即可无限次供多个终端同时使用。

房间预订前曾致电酒店，确认过房间是有浴缸，结果去了之后，发现只有沐浴，有些遗憾；因孩子8岁，预订时已- 经付了加床费的，加的床是沙发床，第一晚没有固定好，导致中间有个凸起无法入睡，但第二日跟前台说过后，就- 固定好位置，之后都可以安枕无忧；SPA中心但缺少一个可以泡热水的池子，如果有的话，小孩子也可以一同享- 受；早餐太贵，没有享受到。。。

1. Good location - it was a tram stop away from the Centraal Station, but in a different direction form most hotels & tourist attractions. While some may not prefer that, I liked the peaceful ambience 2. Nice panaromic view from the Hotel rooms of the harbour and the ships passing by 3. Friendly and helpful staff, especially in the restaurant

Wi-fi inside the room was part of the deal, but was poor and worked only intermittently. At some point I gave up trying to connect to the wi-fi! It works well in the public areas though.

The Hotel was everything we were looking for and although a little way from the centre a tram stop outside the Hotel made travelling very easy.

My one major criticism was the cost of breakfast in the Hotel. We would have ideally liked to have taken breakfast each morning however we decided 23 Euro's per person per day was far to expensive. We were able to purchase breakfast for 4 outwith the Hotel for not much more than the above for all four of us.

our junior suite was brilliant. pillow options are great. very good TV's. beautiful views from 19th floor. breakfast options fantastic. great restaurant manager

although wifi was included in room, to have to ask for a new code every 24 hours (when you stay there 4 days) is not good service. also, free mini bar in room was very limited with selection of drinks (no food)

The staff are very helpful. Nice hotel located close to central Amsterdam. Central Amsterdam is accessible by tram 26 (about a 5 minute walk). It is also close enough to walk or cycle into the central city (about a 20 minute walk). From the upper floors there is a great view of the city.

Although the hotel is quite close to the central business area it is still a bit of a hike and there are very few restaurants nearby. Thus, if one wants to experience central Amsterdam this hotel is not in the thick of things.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.particularly concierge service is well above the industry average

Too big therefore very congested and a little bit far away from the city center. However this should not be a concern for those who would like to walk (10 mins to center)

Perfect location if you're taking a river cruise.

No negatives.

- Fantastic breakfast buffet - personel very kind and helpful - location right at harbour - view from high floor appartment (for the ships and city panorama) - rent a bike service in front of the building - spa and gym facilities - 2 big saunas is a good trick to make sure you do not feel crowded

- High price

Superb position over looking canal but in easy walking distance on city centre and central station.

Friendly staff. Bar and bar meals.

- Breakfast - expensive considering no service at all and inadequate buffet serving space for numbers. - Being given overflow room when booked 6 months ahead (fold down beds). - Room heating not working - corridor warmer than room!

I liked the hotel

The views were stunning. The rooms were very well appointed and the facilities within the hotel were superb.

Access to the hotel from the tram station was difficult

They show me the way to the cheaper parking area which save for me alot of E$s .they also offer a free transfer to the central station

Bath ,deficient slipper bath robe weighing machine, No Arabic canals on Tv part from Bahrain ,!.

The room temperature was perfect all the time..we loved the heated tiles in the bathroom. The food in the was fantastic.

Very friendly staff! Very varied and delicious breakfast! Good soundproofing in the rooms. Beautiful and modern-day design of the hotel!

Clean and fresh hotel

the garage is very expensive 24hours €50,- , they offer a Park and ride, but it is 3 metrostations away, I do not expect this for a 4* hotel. They should offer some kind of help with the cost of the parking OR mention it when you book the hotel..

Beautiful view, very quiet! Very nice room.

My reservation wasn't on file even though I booked over a month in advance. They still had a room for us, but it took quite a long time to sort it out.

Movempick quality is same as in Turkey. I like the hotel facilities, quest relations, room view and best breakfast in Amsterdam.

Firstly at the reception a women staff was very poor behavior to us but then I talked with other staff at the reception they solved our problems fastly. In addition to that shuttle services very poor and walking way is very long to reach the hotel. They should find a shortcut to reach the main entrance of the hotel.

i love that it is next to het muziekgebouw

though close to many things, not in the middle of all the action, so required a tram or taxi or 15 minute walk in the cold to get to any local attractions

Great friendly & service oriented staff... SAS airline lost my suitcase and took a while till it arrived... Meantime the front desk staff suggested me touth brush & touth paste till it arrived... Very service oriented,,, It's not my 1st visit over there and for sure in case I'll visit Amsterdam again will at the same Movenpick on my next visits as well

The view of from our room was stunning and breathtaking, the beds were amazingly comfortable and the shower was lovely and spacious. Loved our stay and will definitely recommend it to everyone

The walk to the station

We had a last minute deal, so the value for money was more than excellent (room on the 17th floor with great view). It was all perfect, just a bit boring in the design. Parking is extremely expensive (48 euro/24 h), so you better leave your car on a P&R parking outside the centre. The food in the restaurant was very good, great service! We had a look at the spa and it was very clean.

The bar at the ground floor is really boring. It would have been much more special to have a bar at the top floor with great views.
