The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a rather large room that was exceptionally clean. It was a little difficult to navigate to the hotel in the snow and dark.

The room was big enough and the location good I didn't like the fact that I needed an iron and it was very important for me (I had a professional meeting and I have chosen the specific hotel for its location) . The reception answered that they have given the iron (probably the only one) to another guest and they haven't given it back yet. During the 2 days staying at the hotel, they have never came back with the iron. This is not good for the image of the hotel....

The restaurant and restaurant service were fantastic. Top quality food and excellent service when I was there at around 5pm for an early dinner. Room service ending at 11 does not help at all, specially with jet legged travelers coming from the other side of the ocean. This was not a good experience.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch im Restaurant und auch das Essen und Frühstück waren sehr gut. Nicht so gut gefallen hat mir die Sauberkeit. Die Spiegel warens sehr streifig und auch am Rand der Dusche sollte etwas mehr gegen Schimmel unternommen werden. Ansonsten war das Zimmer aber sauber.

Goede locatie, goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding De kussens waren nogal slap (voorkeur doorgegeven). De uitstraling van het hotel is vrij saai/basic, we zijn in luxere Movenpick- hotels geweest.
