Nous avons loué un appartement proposé par l'hôtel et il s'avère que l'appartement est idéalement situé !!! On peut tout faire à pied !!! Bon à savoir : l'hôtel propose de prendre en charge votre voiture pour 26 €/jour, un voiturier vient chercher la voiture et la ramène le jour de votre départ à l'heure souhaitée... Le personnel à l'accueil parle trop vite et pour des personnes ne parlant pas l'anglais couramment, la compréhension en est plus difficile. |

L'hôtel est bien situé, au centre de la ville, la chambre est spacieuse et propre, le personnel serviable, le petit déjeuner copieux. Il y a un peu de bruit car un bar est en dessous des chambres mais cela gêne peu si on est à l'étage. |

Gentillesse du personnel et possibilité de laisser ses bagages à l'hotel la journée du départ Pas de salle pour prendre le petit déjeuner il faut le prendre obligatoirement dans la chambre meme quand nous sommes à plusieurs chambres.Pas de petit déjeuner continentale |

J' ai réservé un appartement (au n°30 Amstel, 1er etage), bien placé, très vaste, et moins cher qu' une chambre, je le conseille vivement L' hotel applique une majoration de 5% pour paiement par carte bancaire, il faut le noter dans les specifs de l' hotel. L' appartement loué aurait besoin de rénovation |

La proximité du centre et c'est tout ! Nous ne sommes pas difficiles mais c'est la 1ère fois que nous tombons sur un hôtel cumulant autant de points négatifs ! pas de fenêtre (ouverture au plafond donc chaleur suffocante !), bar dont la musique ne s'éteint qu'à 3h30 du mat'!,petit dej servit dans la chambre infect et bas de gamme, reveil à 8h pour nous apporter le petit dej sans l'avoir demandé,pas de new serviettes le 2nd jour... |

The staff were polite, welcoming and very helpful. Very loud music through the night, room a bit tired, outdated, equally with the bathroom, but rate was cheap, you get what you pay for. |

unfortunatly we were booked in when the scots played holland in a football match and were given a very poor room as we arrived late in the afternoon the room was not like we saw on the computer image . iit was probably the ''emergency room'' . |

It was a quaint hotel, friendly and very helpful staff. It was a regular European style hotel, and the in-room breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is located right in the center, 2 mins away from transport (canal, bus, tram) and we felt very safe! A little more cleaning in the bathroom area. Although the bedding seemed to have been changed everyday, only the towels were changed; the shower/toilet/sink/floor was not cleaned for the 5 days we stayed. |

central location first, the receptionist insisted that I pay cash. she also said it didn't include breakfast (unlike what the website said). a very tired hotel. steep stairs. the hotel is next or at the back of a large club. music didn't stop until 5am in the morning. at some point the wall was actually shaking. one of the worst hotel experiences |

The hotel also has apartments down the road which aren't as good value for money and did feel as secure. Breakfast is very basic and is delivered to your room. |

Location right in the centre of the city, near bars, disteque, shopping centre ... The hotel claimed to have 24 hours sevice but the reality is quite far from it. We were 4 persons but we got only got 1 key. We asked therefore the hotel to open the door for the 2 of us late at night but they could not, because its too late ...??? Is it 24 hours service? |
