Ligging : midden in het centrum * Personeel verstaat geen Nederlands. De kamer was veel te klein : er kon juist één bed in. Om een douche te nemen of naar het toilet te gaan moest je de gang op en naar een andere kamer. De cafetaria was gesloten door een oud metalen rolluik dat naar beneden was gelaten, er was geen eetzaal aanwezig zodat men het ontbijt enkel op de kamer kon brengen 'vanaf half 9'. Veel te laat !!! |

ontbijt:1 croissant en 1bekertje yoghurt. Kamer:gaten in de muur, vieze zwarte vegen tegen de muur. Badkamer:douche gordijn was kapot vies en zat vol schimmel.Buiten:voor ons raam was er een renovatie. 's ochtend werden we gewekt met boren, etc. Foto's:de foto's op internet kloppen niet. indien ik dit had geweten had ik nooit geboekt. Eigenlijk wil ik geld terug!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

The staff were polite, welcoming and very helpful. Very loud music through the night, room a bit tired, outdated, equally with the bathroom, but rate was cheap, you get what you pay for. |

unfortunatly we were booked in when the scots played holland in a football match and were given a very poor room as we arrived late in the afternoon the room was not like we saw on the computer image . iit was probably the ''emergency room'' . |

It was a quaint hotel, friendly and very helpful staff. It was a regular European style hotel, and the in-room breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is located right in the center, 2 mins away from transport (canal, bus, tram) and we felt very safe! A little more cleaning in the bathroom area. Although the bedding seemed to have been changed everyday, only the towels were changed; the shower/toilet/sink/floor was not cleaned for the 5 days we stayed. |

central location first, the receptionist insisted that I pay cash. she also said it didn't include breakfast (unlike what the website said). a very tired hotel. steep stairs. the hotel is next or at the back of a large club. music didn't stop until 5am in the morning. at some point the wall was actually shaking. one of the worst hotel experiences |

Apartment with kitchenette was very practical and comfortable tough with have to specify we reserved this particular room as initially we were given one without any kitchen. Over all very nice apt. for two couples |

The hotel also has apartments down the road which aren't as good value for money and did feel as secure. Breakfast is very basic and is delivered to your room. |

No problems. Staff was responsive. The room was large, but had no window, only a skylight. Also, there is a night club next door which made it a bit noisy. |

Location right in the centre of the city, near bars, disteque, shopping centre ... The hotel claimed to have 24 hours sevice but the reality is quite far from it. We were 4 persons but we got only got 1 key. We asked therefore the hotel to open the door for the 2 of us late at night but they could not, because its too late ...??? Is it 24 hours service? |

The hotel is located pretty much in the centre of Amsterdam, which was really convenient as we were only staying for 4 nights. As we had booked the apartment, we had two rooms, both of them of a size bigger than expected. There were a couple of things which annoyed us. Only one hanger in the closet, no hand towels at the toilet and we only got one key, and that's certainly not enough for 4 adults, who has different preferences in a city like Amsterdam. |

I could honestly say I did not like anything at this hotel. Staff was rude, was very dirty hotel, room was not en suite as origionally expected. Noise polution was heavy throughout the hotel and coming from outside. Had to request fresh towels and was no do not disturb sign for door. On arrival to the hotel I had to attempt to climb a very steep stairs. I arrived at 10am and check in was at 12 and I was asked to put my bag in their kitchen facility. A single room worked out at 100 euro per nite including city tax and was totally over priced . Very unhappy with hotel, Id urge people not to book here! |
