The staff were extremely kind, professional and helpful. It is wonderful to arrive and receive such a warm welcome. I loved the room amenities, the cleanliness and the breakfast with, what seemed to me, real orange juice. Loved the speakers to plug to the iphone, very cool. |

The hotel was clean and bright and in a good location, close to the centre. The staff were helpful and friendly and the light suite was ideal. The bed was really comfy. I didn't like always having to ring the bell to get into the hotel. At one point another guest had to open the door so the system is not really efficient. |

Our room was beautiful. Perhaps the breakfast could be a bit more varied but in general hotel was great. |

Great breakfast.welcoming staff! Comfortable BED.i was lucky to sta on the backside of the hotel and thus away from the typical city noise. (The hague is fairly quiet) Handy to know about the elevator in the back hall, when getting to the 3rd floor on the typical dutch stairs (wide but a bit steep) |

Very friendly & helpful staff, nice & clean room, free WiFi, close to the centre, ... Only a some smaller remarks: missing toilet paper & defect light bulb could have been avoided very easily; active knowledge of staff on public transport connections. |
