Proximité de mon lieu de travail Wifi gratuit Absece de double vitrage.Escaliers raides et étroits. Tarif prohibitif du téléphone de l'hotel Pas de coffre-fort. Obligation de sonner pour avoir accès à l'hotel à toute heure du jour et de la nuit. |

Tout est parfait: le personnel sympathique et prévenant, la décoration soignée, le petit déjeuner de qualité, l'emplacement à quelque distance du centre mais bien situé et calme. Je n'ai pas réussi à utiliser le Wifi. |

la chambre était neuve décorée avec goût les lits confortables lors de la réservation l'hôtel avait marqué que c'était la dernière chambre et que la réservation ne pouvait être annulée or ce n'était pas le cas car chaque jour il y avait une dernière chambre à rérver sous ces conditions. Je trouve ce genre de procédé désagréable. Je préférerais qu'on dise qu'il y a un tarif particulier et donc moins cher pour les réservations sans possibilité d'annulation. |

It was so refreshing to stay in an individual, privately owned hotel instead of an impersonal chain. The owner is delightful, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast produce is all locally sourced. The Mozaic really is a boutique hotel: small, friendly and very stylish. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite having booked an economy comfort room, which incidentally are not that small and look very comfortable indeed. They are also on the top floor which will make them quiet. This hotel is in a great location but that inevitably means there is some city noise. |

I stayed for just the one night on a business trip. From the time I arrived the staff could not do enough to help, the hotel had a calm, almost serene feel to it. Despite only being there a short time I felt extremely relaxed and would always stay there when visiting Den Haag. |

Free coffee day and night form a really nice coffee maker.Free internet access. The elevator is terribly slow, and you have to press a button the whole time. |

The staff were extremely kind, professional and helpful. It is wonderful to arrive and receive such a warm welcome. I loved the room amenities, the cleanliness and the breakfast with, what seemed to me, real orange juice. Loved the speakers to plug to the iphone, very cool. |

Rooms were large, well appointed and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Location was ideal with easy access to the center of town and walking distance from the Peace Palace. |

The hotel was clean and bright and in a good location, close to the centre. The staff were helpful and friendly and the light suite was ideal. The bed was really comfy. I didn't like always having to ring the bell to get into the hotel. At one point another guest had to open the door so the system is not really efficient. |
