The Beds were very soft and the breakfast was good. The hotel staff was not very friendly. The rooms were not as nice as they boasted on this website, and the hallways had an odor that was not pleasant. |

Clean rooms, well seviced every day. Decent variety at breakfast. Comfortable beds and a decent warm duvet. Occasional bad smell coming from the bathroom |

Very nice staff. clean. comfortable.every thing was excellent. vey nicestay. very good location for exploring the city there are some doors that seems not neccessary. it annoys specially when you are moving your luggage. there is no lobby just a break fast room |

Hotel staff is very kind and friendly, you can ask for different things what you need (iron, scisers and etc). It is save and has a nice position to the public transport. |

The location was perfect and even the breakfast. The room was clean and the bathroom fresh. The light in one of the room. There was no lamp for reading at the bed. |

Location very good, staff friendly and helpful, good sized room. Breakfast good, standard food but decent quality. Nothing to spoil our stay, wi-fi not free as we thought. |

The convenience to the train and the center of Amsterdam was very good. We had one room with two twin beds up in a garret which was tiny. My son and daughter in law had a bed with a double bed which was twice the size. |

Like the newly renovated toilet and the coffee n tea making facilities. The airport shuttle also has pick up here. Convenient location. Room is extremely small. There are many stairs and doors whih make it difficult for those with heavy luggage |

good location for this prize, breakfast was OK We slept at the back and I think a room at the front, overseeing the railway station and a lot of traffic would be very noisy |

We found the hotel excellent value for money. It was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was of a high standard with plenty of choicet. The hotel is ideally situated near the Central Station and close to the centre of Amsterdam. We will definitely return to the hotel and use booking.com. |

that I could make my own coffee or tea in my room and that I found it clean and nice every day. The bathroom-door could not be opened completely because of the second bed that partally blocked the passage. |

there is no smoking area on the hotel grounds. If you want to smoke, then you have to go out iun the street. |

location near the train station and city center. Clean place One of the hotel staff members should reconsider is behaviour and show more respect with costumers and increase his communication skills and listen to the us before arguing for no reason. |
