Multatuli Hotel

henkilökunnasta; kivoja ja palvelivat mielellään ja iloisesti! Myös aamiainen oli hyvä; oli tarpeeksi vaihtoehtoja että jokainen löysi sen mistä tykkää!!

Huoneessa oli neljä sänkyä, ihan just mitä tarvittiin, mutta huone, jossa on 4 sänkyä, voisi olla vähän suurempi. Kuvassa sängyt olivat peräkkäin 4, mutta todellisuudessa eivät olleet

Hyvä vastine rahoille. Loistava paikka ihan rautatienaseman vieressä. Lyhyt kävelymatka keskustaan.

Hyvä aamiainen, huone oli siisti, myös kylpyhuone oli uusittu hiljattain. Hyvä sijainiti. Suosittelen, Hinta/laatusuhde erinomainen.

Pienet huoneet, mutta niin taitaa olla jokaisessa hotellissa Amsterdamissa.

The hotel was very clean and tidy, breakfast was good and the location is brilliant. the rooms and bathroom were a good size.

The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpfull, getting into the hotel at night was a nightmare as you had to wait for a member of staff to open the doors- for some reason they didnt sit at reception?

yes the room service they didnt chage the bed sheets until i said something to front desk. and one day they didnt even go in the room at all

We picked the Multatuli for it's proximity to Central Station in Amsterdam. It's location was ideal for our purposes: sight-seeing, shopping, and in the end, getting to the airport. The breakfast provided was very good.

We found the staff somewhat unfriendly and unhelpful. We expected the room to be small and it was; no elevator. The hotel's location and rate were the main reason we chose Multatuli, but after seeing all of the other hotels in the vicintity, I would do more research the next time and probably try somewhere else.

The location of the hotel is perfect , it is very close to central train station and 10 minute walk to the city center.

The bed especially pillow covarages were smelling very bad.

The location of the hotel was good and the bathroom was quite clean and looked like it has recently been refurbished.

I booked a twin room for 2 nights, which I had confirmed by telephone, however on arrival at midnight, I was told that my room was a double and I would either have to share the bed for the night or upgrade at full price to a room with 3 beds. Seeing as I was with my brother and not wanting to be blackmailed, I told the staff I would share the double for one night and that they should move me to a twin for the following night. They obliged, however when I did move to the twin, it was tiny barely enough room for me and brother who are both over 6"1...the front office staff at this point were indifferent and did not offer anything kind of apology.
