Palvelu oli hyvää ja aamiainen todella maittava ja runsas. henkilökunta ystävällistä, sijainti todella hyvä, keskustassa. olisi ollut kiva tietää etukäteen kuinka huonon huoneen varasimme. Economy huoneesta ei ollut kuvaa netissä, emmekä tienneet että tämä oli huonoin valikoimasta.Mutta parempi huone saatiin samaan hintaan. |

I stayed in this hotel 3 years ago, and last week. The rooms are renovated and I had double room even had a reservation for single. Hotel staff is great- I could check out at noon instead of 11. You can't find better 3 stars hotel for such money and location in Amsterdam 2 single bads for a couple in double room. |

Location Room was very small, and my bill was put through on my VISA credit card (without me being told) on the day I arrived (and I was there for 2 nights). This was very annoyign as I wanted to pay cash. |

The staff was very helpful and accomodated our needs. The price was fair for a decent room. At first I arrived and was sent to a terrible horrible room which should not even be offered until that section of the hotel is remodeled. I was ready to leave the hotel but the kind staff offered a much better room for an extra £10 a night. Luckily the new room was up to the standard. |

The room was really tiny, bathroom was basically directly in the room, right next to the bed. But it was clean, bathroom was very nice. If u plan spend most of the time around the city, its a decent choice. For me it was too cold inside the room, even after turning the heat to maximum. |
