la vicinanza al centro la poca cortesia dello staff, camere troppo piccole, rapporto qualità - prezzo carente. albergo di categoria inferiore. durante la prima notte l'impianto antincendio ha suonato diverse volte, senza motivo. ascensore impazzito se usato su più piani. accesso all'entrata molto scomodo: 10 scalini! per entrare con le valigie. |

Staff carente. Servizio non ottimale, al nostro arrivo venerdì sera ci hanno detto che l'hotel era pieno, perchè avevano avuto problemi con i sistemi e nonostante avessimo prenotato con largo anticipo non hanno provveduto ad avvisarci prima! Ci hanno proposto un altro albergo più distante, ma alla fine siamo riusciti ad avere una stanza lì che ci hanno fatto credere fosse categoria "luxury", ma era più piccola della "classic room"! Il bagno davvero troppo piccolo e scomodo! Lunghe attese alla reception per carenza di personale, non troppo cortese peraltro! |

posizione - vicino isola musei per il solo fatto di aver prenotato con booking assegnazione stanze di ... ultimissima serie (stanza piccolissima, collocata piano terra vicino alla reception, rumorosa perchè continuo transito di persone in corridoio, talmente piccola che non si riesce ad aprire completamente la porta del bagno..!!). per una stanza più grande l'hotel chiede un supplemento che costa più del soggiorno!!! - altra osservazione: per chi intende pagare l'hotel in contanti (no carta di credito) viene chiesta una cauzione di 100 euro !!! |

Some friendly and helpful staff and some not so friendly and helpful staff. Considering they have a disabled accesssible room, unfortunately its in the basement, the beds are very old and worn and offer no support, there is no direct access for wheelchair users and I had to use the tradesmens entrance to enter the building which is not acceptable for the cost of the hotel. I also was given a small plastic stool (which was very dangerous to transfer on and off) to use for showering after having to request 3 times for a suitable showering chair. |

The location was quite good, not very far from the centre and close to hotel were nice restaurants and pubs. The parking near hotel is quite complicated - especially when you park on the street and need to pay to the machine only with coins. That is why it would be great if the hotel would offer some help with the parking -change money for coins or the hotel could pay directly through chipknip and the guest then pay to hotel... |

It was close to the tram, museums and food. The service staff were very polite and helpful. The AC did not heat the room despite being set on "warm" and +28 degrees. The lift was slow, which may not sound like a bad thing but it got annoying after a while. Although the room was big the bathroom was very small. We were in a room a long way from reception so we had problems receiving wifi. |

Location is good. The rooms have new forniture, clean and modern. The shower is good also. Despite the rooms look nice, they are really small. |

location Previously undeclared city tax. We stayed at another hotel nearby for three nights and there was no such additional charge. I presume they included the tax in the pre-paid cost of the room, and I suggest you do the same |

The hotel was well located close to Vondel Park, the museums etc. There was free internet access in the lobby. Our room faced a very noisy street. |

I got a really tiny room in the basement next to the working rooms of the hotel staff. Its ok to sleep but I wouldn't want to spend any more time in that room. I felt a bit cheated. Even though I had been offered a special last minute rate by booking.com, this is a room you would normally not want to put guests in. |

room was small but clean and had everything needed. The bathroom was of a very high standard and the location was great. it took over 30 mins to check in. they could probably use some more staff at peak times. |

The position was fabulous, it was located besides the Rijtsmuseum and very close to the Van Gogh, there are also shops,cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was small, but modern and functional. Free Wifi throughout the hotel (sometimes a bit slow),and they also had free internet in the lobby. If I return to Amsterdam, I would choose to stay there again. The breakfast looked fabulous but at 17.50 euros, a bit too expensive. However, I think they are addressing this issue. |

Staff were friendly, gave geat advice on local eats. Room was new, modern & clean. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent location, we really enjoyed our stay & would come back again. |
