Reception iyi. Kahvalti iyi. Internet servisi iyi. Odalarin yenilenmesi, telefon ve minibar konulmasi gerekiyor. Oda cok kucuk, telefon yok, odada bir koku vardi. Mini bar yok. Havalandırma iyi degildi. Kahvaltida yiyecek ve iceceklerin ustleri acikti. Ozellikle meyve sularinin ustlerinin kapali olmasi gerekir. Asansorlerden biri calismiyordu. |

I stayed in this hotel 3 years ago, and last week. The rooms are renovated and I had double room even had a reservation for single. Hotel staff is great- I could check out at noon instead of 11. You can't find better 3 stars hotel for such money and location in Amsterdam 2 single bads for a couple in double room. |

Location Room was very small, and my bill was put through on my VISA credit card (without me being told) on the day I arrived (and I was there for 2 nights). This was very annoyign as I wanted to pay cash. |

The staff was very helpful and accomodated our needs. The price was fair for a decent room. At first I arrived and was sent to a terrible horrible room which should not even be offered until that section of the hotel is remodeled. I was ready to leave the hotel but the kind staff offered a much better room for an extra £10 a night. Luckily the new room was up to the standard. |

The room was really tiny, bathroom was basically directly in the room, right next to the bed. But it was clean, bathroom was very nice. If u plan spend most of the time around the city, its a decent choice. For me it was too cold inside the room, even after turning the heat to maximum. |

Location is excellent for the museum quarter / canal trip / tram line to Central station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lift broke down but prompt attention to get it repaired |

Very convenient. Not in 'the center' but ten minute tram ride from central station, but you really need a map to know where you are going. However, it is next to the Rijksmuseum and from there easy to find. If you want a quiet place to stay, with free wireless internet throughhout the hotel, in a good neighborhood, this is a good choice. Small rooms, maybe this is the norm for Amsterdam, but the rooms were small. Everything very modern and updated though. With wife and baby and all our things it was cramped. Breakfast ok but the eggs were powdered and only American coffee no cappucino. Ok selection but no fish. Not a big deal though, this is a 3 star hotel and for that category a solid 3 star. |

The room was nice, confortable and modern. The hotel was relatively close to the center. There is also a tram stop not far away to take you there. Staff were very nice and room was cleaned/serviced each day. Overall we were happy. Some minor markings on wall & cushion/carpet stains. We had a basement room & view from window showed an unkempt garden with planks of wood. The shower Floor had no border to contain the water so the entire bathroom was flooded until it went down the drain afterwards, However bathroom was nice & clean. That said, we were content with the room. I'm sure any complaint would've been resolved. |
