The only thing was the location

The size of the rooms way too small, especially for the price also the noise factor extremely loud and no one is told about it prior to staying.

I thought the check in/out process was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful.

Disappointed that the hotel were not able to provide me with an evening meal as I wasn't part of a group? Strange...

Rooms that we had were quite new and clean. Price that we paid for twin room was ok when comparing to hotels with same level of rooms.

Service in reception was slow. First guy serving us was rude, but girl who who took over was nice and helpful. Heavy renovations were ongoing while we were there. Outside of the hotel was covered by scaffolding. Work outside started on Saturday morning at 7:30. Just one meter outside of our window there was a "construction elevator".

very poor quality service at check in. We had booked a double, ended up with a twin. Check in staff not trained at all. Rude check out. Small rooms for the money. Hotel being refurbished so hotel was messy, avoid until 2010 when all the scaffolding and dirt on the windows might be removed.

Nothing, I will not to stay there never.

I would like to change a staff at the reception place.

Modern style inside

Whilst there outside rennovations on fascade taking place and bits of concrete falling near to entrance.

Room accessed via extremely steep, spiral staircase, anyone slightly infirm could not have done it. Very loud building work started on hotel at 08.30 and lasted all day. Your website said tea and coffee making facilities - not in our room!

Excellent customer service and fantastic location. Room was very clean and modern.

Knew before we booked that the hotel was undergoing some renovation and we e-mailed the manager to request a room away from this. The manager guaranteed that this would be done. However, this was not the case as we had a works service lift right outside our bedroom window, and work started every morning at 7.00am. However, this had minimal impact on our stay, and did not spoil it.

The staff vas very helpful and friendly,bed was comfy with flat TV, the hotel was right in the centre of town

Location was about the only thing that was good about this hotel. And since there's not enough room in the "Dislike" area below I'm going to use this part as well. I can't even begin... Wait, yes I can. First off I'm not going to waste any time on the manager trying to put us in a different old building where you'd have to walk down the stairs and the rooms were a joke.

(Continued from up there) randy, at the room, told me to take the elevator back to the lobby while he would take the stairs and take care of something. He ran downstairs and ran my credit card for two nights while I was taking the elevator. He just simply said we made a reservation and it’s non-refundable with a XXXXing attitude on his face.
