The staff were excellent and extremely helpful and friendly. The bathroom facilities were immaculately clean and the breakfast was good. The room was old and tired and the carpet was quite dirty. The hotel is located next to the local church which tolls its bells every hour during the night, which meant I had little sleep during my stay. I'd recommend ear plugs if staying here!!

Great location in Oude Delft 50m from the Oude Kerk. Best hotel we have stayed in, in Europe so far. Very large room, coffee/tea making facilities in room, even a bath!!! Staff went 'above and beyond' in giving us assistance with many aspects of our visit including assisting with further travel plans. For great authentic Italian food, the restaurant Ciao Caio is nearby on the Binnenwatersloot 38. Being so close to the Oude Kerk. The bells can drive you nuts. Doesn't Christianity acknowledge the existence of the wristwatch? Striking the time 24/7 is unnecessary but at least they tone it down after 11:00pm.

Hotel was near to the railway station (Delft) - 10mins walk max. Right in the centre of Old Delft & lots of restaurants nearby. Bedroom (a suite!) was spacious & comfortable - & different from 'normal' rooms in other hotels. All staff very helpful & courteous. No lift but didn't cause us a problem.

Good location for exploring Delft and surrounding areas. Breakfasts provided in the Gallery annexe were mediocre. No instructions present in the room on how to operate the safe.

Great location. Lift service to room so pushchair could get up & down easily. Bedroom had small separate area with sofa which meant baby could sleep & we could read in the late evening - excellent.

Location is great, very close to main attractions and breakfast was also good. The first room we got had an emergency door leading to outside roofs at the first floor. Very dangerous for our small kids; but the staff was helpful enough to change rooms as soon as we notice that.

Very close to city centre, close enough to walk to the railway station (7 minutes). Friendly staff. Small restaurant with very narrow offer, but serving well the need to have a place to eat something (pizza - 2 kinds) and drink. No wifi signal in room 101, there was also LAN cable, but with broken clip, so not usable. Room safe without instructions and quite old model.

Unobtrusive service. Staff arent in your face, but get everything right. Location cant be beat. If youre a light sleeper, the church bells may bother you. Not me.
